Hi Simon, for question 2
As you multiplied both numbers by 10, don't you need to divide the 4.5KM by 10 to get the real answer?
I am confused on this part

In 1(b) we don't need to divide by 10 because we multiplied both top and bottom of the fraction by 10. For example, if you have one half (1/2) and multiply the top and bottom by 10, you get 10/20. This is still the same as one half. I just did it in the past paper to get rid of the decimals to make our division easier.
