God blessed you and to all the people around you who work hard to make difference.🔥👏👍
They work so hard! Lots more work for all of us to join in on🤙💚
This is amazing! Praying for the success of your business...
Thank you so much. Prays means the world 🤙
You are a blessing to the people of Bohol and the whole country!!!
I hope our actions will speak louder than our UA-cam videos😉🤙🙏
So informational! Keep it up bro! Always Praying for your success and people under you! 🙏
Thank you! We stand side by side with those joining in the efforts 💚
Hey Polin, 'met' you in 7-Eleven buying Cookies-N-Cream ice cream! Then turns out that we are staying at the resort owned by your father in law and just had a great chat with your wife. We are VERY interested in your farming and would LOVE to do a video of your knowledge for our channel.
Hey!! Awesome, glad to have you hanging out in Loboc. Yes, let’s do it! We’ll connect soon🤙
@@pursuitofcoconuts Yes! We would like to do an educational video of your farming technique. I could also bring many subscribers to your channel. Cheers!
Big help for the coconut farmers 👏
Praying for impact and change 🙏💚
What a wealth of information!
I'm so happy I found your channel! I appreciate you exposing the challenges that coconut farmers go through.
I appreciate the honesty or transparency and humility.
This is what happens when someone with a beautiful soul like you answers God's calling heart🎉❤🙏
Appreciate those words! Really I do. It’s not easy but it’s worth it. Blessings!!
I have my own challenges too..being a farm owner in guimaras. It is also not easy finding good workers...it took yrs for me. But I knew God will provide and He did.
Wow, im glad you put in the work and was rewarded. What do you farm?
Thanks! I have a vineyard...I think 9 graoe varieties, fruit orchard but most of the fruit trees will bear fruits in 2 yrs. I have chico trees bearing fruit almost all yr round, I have figs and mulberries. Some vegetables, dawrf coconuts, etc.
I am into diversified farming. Organic farming....sustainability.
Vermicomposting. I'm interested to check out your aquaphonics. I'd like to have one, one day. I have spring water but with black outs I think d fish will die unless I have a generator and solar panels maybe.
My vineyard is not so big. It was like an experiment hehe... but my green house is now fully occupied by the grape vine and I have fruits too.
I'm in California right now.
My intention is not just to have food security and income but to provide work for the community. I am a member of coop in d island. The island is know for d sweetest mango in d world according to Guinness records. We have cold springs resorts in d island and beautiful beaches also.
I've been thinking about what sort of things I could produce and export from the Philippines to the US, and I excluded anything coconut related because I thought that business would be totally efficient and locked down at this point. Preconceptions are usually totally wrong.
Anyway, good luck! I'd love to see your progress first-hand when I get to the Philippines.
I think with a growing GDP and US looking for alternative imports as an option from “other countries” in tension with the USA, Philippines is a great option to produce and export. (Even 🥥)
wow so impress with you big heart for a cause, Godbless... To God Be The Glory...
Super thank you for your work and your team sir. This is really human!
We can go further together!
I got a ton of coconuts in the southern part of the Philippines.. Thank you for this..
Yes, the southern part is where a few factories exist and friends order their products from. Most order coconut products as commodities and pay low prices. We’ve got to find ways to turn it into a popular product to gain the most benefit to all the supply chain.
You have a good heart, hoping to your success..
Thank you so much 🫶
Just found your channel a few days ago. It's good to see someone actually trying to help. Bro, did you know about "Stingless Bee's" that's native on the islands? They are good coconut pollinators and some farmers actually utilizes them to increase coconut production. Not to mention the usual stuff that comes with bee's(honey, pollen, etc.)
I love it! I was a bit worried about how they harvest the honey and I do want to do a bee farm. I hope the rice pesticides aren’t effecting the bees🙏
@@pursuitofcoconuts As far as I know(don't 100% count on me on this)...it's not about th ehoney but polination itself. Coz unlike european honeybees they make a little,. But what they do/have is more expensive and healthier? Not really sure on this since I only keep europeans. But, I'm also keen atm on learning on them. Already have planted like 100+ dwarf coconuts a week ago for the bees in the future. Yes, pesticides are a big thing, just stay away from rice plantations and also from "tuba"(coconut wine), coz the way they harvest them, bees drowns on them.
@RD-kq3ml I’ve seen a Facebook group that focuses on stingless bees and sell its honey. Yes, rice fields and pesticides are awful for pollinators. I hope your coconuts do well. They will need attention the first year to make sure the beetles do not lay inside. 🏝️
Awesome journey
Appreciate that Wayne🤙 Blessings
Why not export to the Caribbean. Although we have the weather and land their is a huge demand for coconut and coconut products and the supply is not there
Would love to export where we can! Coconut products in certain areas, even Germany, are more of a luxury and the market is limited. Would the currency and market be able to sustain a coconut market there?
Can you conduct a ballistic test on the coconut peat? Most of the barrier used by the military is filled with sand. Can it be replaced with dense coconut peat or coconut peat mixed with sand? OR mix coconut peat with sand and cement to create a cheaper stronger cement products. The opportunity is endless.
I think that’s a great idea. The only thing is that’s a lot of upfront investment and R&D and we don’t know the market well enough to be confident that there are buyers. I do agree, opportunity is endless. Execution on opportunities…? We’re trying but would love any help😉🤙

Hopefully we can collaborate re coconut farming🙏

On my way to Bohol this week for the month of July. Planning to look at coconut farms as well for compost and large worm farm production. I will be filming my show there also!
Awesome! I’ll look out for the episode. There are a few farmers doing vermi cast and I hope more learn and implement it here in Bohol🙏
@@pursuitofcoconuts about a month away the episodes if they run. We are currently in Batuan now
That’s where we picked up our worms 🪱🪱 🤙
@@pursuitofcoconuts nice may get some also for our families farm
export talaga makabuhay sa industry sa pilipinas
Exports can be grow with the right intentions and taking care of every part of the supply chain. I just hope that they create more tax incentives to export🙏🤙
Can I learn from where you guys are? maybe a seminar? or Workshop? We throw a lot of waste on our coconuts..
We are in Bohol and we hope to be open to the public end of the year. We are still under construction and working on the backend with local agencies, business, and farmers to find a solution
And no place like home; Philippines.
Special place 🏝️
*padayon lang*
post your website please so we can order the soap
That’s awesome and thank you! We will be putting it up for sale end of year. We want to make it high grade, fair trade, and FDA certified for international standards🙏
@@pursuitofcoconuts looking forward to that!
Hello brother
From Nigeria here, would really love to have your contact
you are dead on too many coconuts nowhere to sell.. any ideas for Mindanao area?
There are private companies in Mindanao that are doing well for themselves. I hope that they support the communities there. I haven’t been down south so it would be hard for me to say but I feel like it’s similar in all of the Philippines
What about banana tree, they just cut it and disposed after fruiting.
There are some innovators creating sting out of the fibers to make clothes but it’s hard to popularize that method. We’ve been using chopped banana trees in our aquaponic system to balance the PH then we compost it. Maybe someone can create a fertilizer with it?
@@pursuitofcoconuts i was thinking it can also be processed as coco peat or paper. Even the water from the tree looks like it has value
The core is eaten at least
Nah bro, they turn it into abaca fibers.
@@prestoCreams abaca is different from banana but all those banana plantation has so much waste
then why is coconut oil expensive in ph! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤭
It’s not highly processed and lots of labor goes into keeping it pure. I think the price is fair😉
Here’s the thing: the Philippines in NOT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!!! Here’s a little education for you: first world is defined as countries politically aligned with the USA. Second world is defined as countries aligned with Russia. Third world countries are nonaligned. The WORLD model is a statement of POLITICAL ALIGNMENT IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. Please put out valid and truthfull information on the Philippines
