I wish I could fucking hug you. My car has a blown head gasket now but I've torn my whole car apart watching your videos. You're the best and you've saved me probably close to 20,000 dollars in labor. I won't watch a video that isn't posted by you.
So I go to take the crankshaft pulley off but when I go to loosen up the bolt it turns the crankshaft pulley to where it's no longer at top dead center anymore.
Too many parts to be removed to do this with the engine still in the car. That will make the job even longer. Definitely should be left to the professionals.
Is this similar to the 2.0? looks somewhat similar. I have exhaust gases getting into the anti-frreze and over heating issue. I suspect the head gasket is cracked.
Bought my sister car, Dart 2.0 and she wasn't going to have it repaired. Coolant system has excess pressure from the engine. Suspect bad head gasket. Wish I would have watched this video first before buying it. It wouls have changed my decision.

Im in the same boat but also have to tear apart the inside to get the heater core out cuz the previous owner used stop leak

Will be removing it in the car tomorrow. So about 2-4 hour job
Do all those parts have to come out to replace just the head gasket? I’m trying to avoid all those part removals
