So, for those who are wondering because i have asked these myself before doing it
- Where is the final Lightreaper fight ? Can i miss it ? Why isn't he here ?
The Lightreaper is mandatory boss fight as long you cleanse the beacons (can't tell for the other endings yet)
If he's not here yet, just progress the game
- I did everything but Isaac summon isn't here
You probably have Andreas (or another npc) as an ally as part of his quest which conflict with Isaac (since you can only bring one ally in the fight)
Enter the fight, have Andreas die and leave the arena, you should be able to summon him now
- Do Isaac need to survive ? He keep dying
You just need to bring him with you, he can die and you'll still unlock the class

i fought lightreaper twice and failed, after that i never saw him again. i already light up all 5 beacon and somehow theres 1 left
@@_Asce_- it's the fight in upper calrath, you are supposed to lose the previous encounters
like i said it is mandatory to defeat him so you'll meet him again soon

You could have started by saying if you killed the lightreaper you won't be able to do this. You just made me do the whole questline for no reason cause I had already killed the lightreaper boss... cool

@@theovue9253so i’m at a point where there’s a second light reaper boss fight after the very beginning of the game and the arena is really small it’s right in the fitzroys gorge can i kill the light reaper there and i still fight him again or is there another way around him ?

I got the deluxe edition because it’s on sale today I started as the dark crusader and instantly thought of Batman for a name when I saw dark crusader
Question: Are all stigmas and the burden boss accessible before the lightreaper fight?

I played through a tiny bit of the game as a pyro and then a logged on months later to play again and it said I unlocked a new class somehow unlocked paladin without event beating the first area and he’s awesome

@@alelabdallah7597 it's a class with a focus on strength and radiance. You can make a paladin build with it
@@alelabdallah7597 basically the knight you have in the normal edition but with bigger sword, no shield
I asked two days ago if the Paladin's Pendant might be found without starting a new class and my comment was removed. The answer is yes. In Bramis Castle. Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim. Almost vis-à-vis from the spawn (behind it) is a some lava lake with a giant mob. There is the shiny pendant.
It likely was automodded based on some word it misinterpreted knowing YT.
Good to know where exactly as I had heard it was there but didn’t know where or if it was factually true.
Just pay $10. This is how we game in 2023. I just fan dollar bills at my computer like it's a strip club.
Just remember to disinfect your new class before playing with it, hand sanitizer will do the trick.

I get the message "Follow in the footsteps of the Doomed Paladin when I get to the door? How do I get the door to open?
Bruh what so if I kill him in the Fief (ice area) I can't get the class unlock? That's really dumb design
Do I have to go to radiant ending to unlock it? Or I can go with "infernal" ending?
The only thing that im sad about is that his sword that you get is so tiny compared to the normal looking sword he has during the fight and cutscenes
Bought the best edition for the game because i wanted all the artwork and sountrack, turns out it gives you exactly the class i wanted to begin with, i dont even care it was 10 dollars more

I've done everything but can not get the Lightreaper to spawn! I don't understand what's going on. I used the skin to open the door, and got the paladin armor/ sword ect... but nothing happens when I enter that area in upper Calrath. (I beat the ruiner & his dogs, and have gone all the way around and opened the other door leading in, but nothing happens) I've even completed the whole level making it all the way back to Skyrest Bridge. *Any help is greatly appreciated!!*
Probably a bit late but you have to kill the judge cleric and then he spawns
the armour is cool loooking but by the time you unlock it its meh stats at best they could have 2 versions the set one for the players who start with that class and those who go far in the game to do all that work then both paying and those who worked for it get the set and transmog is needed
The difficulty actually isn't so bad in comparison to most souls likes. 🤔 My only real complaint is putting in all kinds of platforming sections and not having a dedicated jump button... Huh? 🥴🤷♂️
I didn’t get the key from him at the start of the game he just keeps saying “you look exhausted “but I already have the crusader kit from buying extended addition… Does anyone know what I need to do to open the boss door at the Memorial?
I did all the steps but it still says "Follow the steps of the doomed paladin."

the light reaper wont spawn for me, idk what i did wrong because i havent killed him yet
You have to progress further in the game for him to spawn at his final boss fight location
does it matter were you defeat the light reaper or is the castle the last place to try unlock it
lol I went to the bell room at the beginning of the game does that make me a boss now. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to be there . No wonder I would get one shot often😂😂😂 I just thought the game was hard

@scarecrow6065 seems what you have to do is make the dark crusader from scratch, and give all the equipment to a friend, who can then give it all to your main

lightreaper wont appear in boss area for me, i discovered the ice area for my 3rd encounter and died and he isnt in either encounter spot
spoilers beware, for me i had to trigger the iron wayfarer joining me in the huntress of the dusk fight, after that when he runs off with the rune of adyr upper caldrith will become a somewhat revamped zone, with the door at the vestige after the skinstealer boss elevator no longer being accessible. I couldnt get the lightreaper to spawn in the arena before that

I thought this video was cool until i finally got my hands on the game and seen you left out alot of key details that would have been a decent warning.

Nothing really, you just get an extra armor set in the game + the achievements.
Can Issac die during the fight, or does he need to live through it?
his summon doesn't need to survive, you just need to kill lightreaper after summoning Isaac for the boss fight.

That lightreaper is the same one in tutorial? i killed him during tutorial am i now locked out of dark crusader class until next playthrough?
Yeah, If you kill him in tutorial then you are locked out

@@shatafa Thank you but i am regretting it because there are 2 big arena that is dedicated to this boss now it's just empty area and am locked out of a class too i couldn't even get his armors early because i didn't have enough scouring.
wow funny story i did everything from the vid before even watching the vid LOL took me about 40 hours to finish the fame and didnt got the dark crusader bc i didnt sum the dude before the fight GGs wish i knew this before beating the game.
It doesn't have any special abilities or magic, just another starting melee class that won't make any difference to the playstyle.
will you show how to unlock the other secret classes?
They're just tied to the different endings you get,
Radiant ending - Radiant purifier class
Umbral ending - putrid child class
Rhogar ending - Lord class
Btw can we change class when we start NG+ ?
There would be no point in doing that. Class only determines your starting stats and starting equipment. All of the class equipment can be obtained during NG, and obviously you want your endgame stats for NG+. If you want to make it more similar to a particular starting class, use a respec item.

The quest seems awesome, and I'm not happy at all the devs locked this class, or any class behind a paywall. Do I have the class? Yes, do I want to play him after seeing that I'd miss out an awesome quest and having OP armor from the start? No. I wish they didn't do it, definitely soured my taste...

This person is saying how they wish the class wasn't able to be unlocked by paying for it cus the quest was really cool and they didn't know about it upon buying the deluxe edition. Y'all are misinterpreting this comment. BUT you could of just saved 10 dollars and not got it so at the end of the day you reap what you sow.

Heads up it appears the game is a technical mess (steam has it at mostly negative), I play on PS5 and the game appears to have massive dips and is sub 30fps on multiplayer
Really wish it launched in a playable state so I could play it :(
I can't speak on console performance as we test all games on the PC, but I will tell you the team is locked in and working on performances patches as we speak

According to my buddy, apparently you still need to pay for the dark crusader class to get the armor that’s what he keeps telling me over and over and over and over again I’m over here like I don’t think you do, but apparently he knows best🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
