- happy new year! the year is finally over~! I decided that it was time to do a manga collection video for 2020! hope you guys enjoy and won't get too bored by the end of it (*/▽＼*) I got a ton of packages this month too that I'll be very excited to show in my next manga haul as well ~~
*a couple comments were so observant and kind and pointed out that I mixed up Seven Seas and Dark Horse in this video!! completely my fault, I put I am a Hero in the wrong place and that led me to clump them publishers together TT-TT sorry about the mistake!*
if you don't see a series here, that I hauled previously, it means that I either gave it to my sister or I ended up reselling it due to either space/priority for other series! I end up needing to do this to save both space and money ρ(- ω -、)ヾ(￣ω￣; )

my whole family watches anime luckily so i dont have to worry (still get made fun of sometimes tho bc i never stop talking abt it), the reason i got into it was because of my brothers... i live in a house full of gamers and otakus, one weird ass family

Amazing collection!! I absolutely love seeing it, especially when watching how much its grown since I found this channel. You actually inspired me to continue with manga collecting. I buy Skip Beat through Amazon, they have 3-in-1 omnibuses! You can get them from $12-15 usually, and the series is DEFINITELY worth collecting! I've got 99 volumes so far in my collection! I'm hoping to get tons more too!

I adore your collection! Especially My Love Story, that is such an underrated manga/anime.
omg watching this gives me so much nostalgia. It makes me remember when I was middle school/highschool going to my favorite bookstores(one of which closed down yrs ago) with either my mom, by myself or with my best friend.I couldn't afford a manga all the time during those trips, so it was a special treat to get one. I also got some for free when my local library took a few out of their system sometimes.So many great series' are out of print now though that I either finished/haven't finished collecting for over the years. My collection is in boxes since my family moved. Then some went missing and a few I think were stolen when I went to college years ago.So I've been recovering those over the years. Buying them online is fine but I really miss bookstores and libraries ;-;
Aah that sounds so nice. I live in England, and me and my dad used to go down to a place called "forbidden planet" to find any mangas I could see. But due to covid I really don't think it would be a good time 😅

I don't have space if I were to buy every single one. So I honestly print out the covers.. and just add then to a journal to cover the ones I have read. It clentches the thirst of owning every book in a series. And I strive to buy the first and the last book in series that I really love.
