btw sound was coming from my speakers and mic, not actually the plugin direct in the daw, sound was way more lush. Sound wasn't routing from FL Studio into OBS directly only through mic, wanted to mention that as it sounds better than it sounds in this clip.
Its pretty straight forward however there are a few hoops to jump through if I am remembering I think you need to have Steinberg manager installed, then you can install it from steinberg manager - its another company installer .. I have so many of them installed, you can deactivate the Steinberg manager software after but they are managed like many of the other companies installers like Softube, Universal Audio, IK, StevenSlate, Waves. But there is no Ilok/Pace required for it. That said I would say its more than dropping a VST3 into the VST3 folder but its less involved than say Native Access or Waves. The managed installs these days are all pretty much the same. The good thing is that you can manage other presets and plugins from it if you have anything else. In fact I consider Steinberg to be one of the simpler company installers.
