@@hunterace101st We are kind of teasing ourselves by waiting, hahaha. It's stuff like this that's makes me so excited. With now 50ish(?) years of Metal History and how diverse the genera is, kids that are growing up on Metal are going to have so many varried influences from Sabbath to Lorna Shore, everything in-between, and beyond, there is no way of telling where the most diverse genera of music is going to be in even 1 years time, let alone 20.

Bassist David Ellefson from Megadeath got up on stage with Liliac and jammed to Symphony of Destruction with them on the Monsters of Rock Cruise they were just on! Check out Lilacs new release today off their upcoming album. The song is called Carousel and the video and song are great!

Hello two friends. Sorry I didn't notice sooner. Today is Liliac primer day. Lol To be honest, Liliac started writing early on in their formation. As still the Cristeas, they wrote Fever. Think they had a little help, it's always a family affair. Then while learning, after they had a lesson they would play loud together. They came up with an instrumental called Mystery. The Fangs that saw them said Melody would pick up the bass and they would jam. Then as a bonus on the Queen of Hearts album they put a melody line and lyrics to it. They learned on covering the greats. They busked on the Santa Monica pier every weekend for five years playing the covers and originals. They do all of this independent. Loved your reaction. The originals are better than covers and they are evolving as they grow. Today's first release was they way I picture Liliac on the Big Stage in the future. Loved the reation my friend. Speaking of thier song YOUNG FOREVER, I listen to it and watch the video at least a few times per week just for the emotional pick me up! It's great!!! And to see just how far they've come to where they are now is just jaw dropping!!!! I'm waiting on pins and needles for thier new album to come out! Everything this family produces is not 100%!!! It's 150% !!!!! Every time! I've followed them now over 5 years! I've never in my life followed a band so closely! Pink Floyd is my #2 group! LILIAC'S entire journey is just super cool to follow! You can't go wrong with thier music , and diversity!!! BIGFANG4LIFE HERE!!! ✌️😎✌️
Those thumbnails were so laughable, hahaha. When I was 16 I was in a House Band at a Bar, we played all cover songs, also busked in this town a lot. We are the reason they started a Bi-Law that you needed a license to busk, but they gave us one, we played a lot of events for the City when they needed to hire a band on a budget. Other bands/performers had to apply for one, hahaha. They would have been incredible to see busk. Glad you enjoyed the video Kenneth, love this song, though it is fairly low on my list of favorite Megadeth songs, still I never skip it when it comes on. Top would have to be Good Morning/Black Friday. Gar Samuelson was a legendary drummer.

They just released a new single last week, Carousel, which is worth a reaction.
We checked it out on our stream on Twitch last night, it was wicked. Hoping to have the videos for that and their cover of The Trooper up in the coming week :) We will be checking out more next Friday as well.

...and next week you'll be blown away by Liliac's cover/tribute of "Seven Nation Army". Not only the voice but the added depth of the music and luxurious sound considering they have more than the two instruments that the original had. They've added their own touch/spin while staying true to the original in sound and video.
Not saying you made the wrong choice to listen to "Symphony of Destruction", but at the same time I'm saying you made the wrong choice to not listen to "Seven Nation Army". After you listen to it you'll understand what I mean.

We did our 2 Year Channel Anniversary stream on Twitch last night, and it was all setup, I lost most my tabs, and in the end had to go with just listening to The Trooper. Top of the list for next Friday. I really want to hear it, it's one of my more favorite songs to hear covers of, for that exact reason, people tend to cover it differently than the original by default.
Melody Cristea one of the best vocalists in the music business. I'm serious.
Especially once you hear their new song Carousel that just dropped.
As far as Megadeth, not only did they cover this song but Melody played it Live with Megadeth's bassist David Ellefson.
"Carousel" is fantastic.

Once you hear Liliac's own original music you will realise that Melody isn't trying to sound like any other singer she is totally unique and sings the ways he does naturally . Try their original songs MARS , NOT AFRAID, , VERTIGO , DEAR FATHER , NOTHING , CRAZY NIGHTS , DANCING IN THE DARK , WE ARE THE CHILDREN, or just keep on with their tribute covers either way you will be pleasantly surprised . FANG4LIFE RORH
They will always be the best heavy metal cover band. They pretty much stay loyal to the original version with their own twist. Their originals are also fantastic 👏.
Love them. Seven Nation Army is better then the original in my opinion beacuse it went from a 2 piece band to a 5 piece band. The drums are phenomenal in this one.
There live music sounds like there videos,an there arriginal sound just as good ,but her voice sounds the same . no matter what she sings like country girl an vinny appice the original drhmmer for DIO an took over drumming for black Sabbath when Ronnie took over Black Sabbath vinny jump over there as well an Vinny calls her the female version of Ronnie James DIO. Dancing in the dark i like of there original music i say the only different one in there own would be Sail away a original its not a copie there own song .thanks have a good day.
