Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrots, sweet corn...full of veggies and cheese! It's easy to make at home without mixer and egg recipe.
Ingredients :
140 g (1 cup) Bread flour
12 g (1 tbsp) sugar
¼ tsp salt
90 ml lukewarm milk
1/2 tsp (1.5 g) instant yeast
15 ml (1 tbsp ) olive oil
mozzarella cheese
cheddar cheese
1/4 onions, thinly sliced
2 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 handful cherry tomatoes
1 handful chopped pineapples
1 handful chopped carrots
1 handful sweet corn kernels
A little of olive oil
(Baking pan size : 12 x 14 inch)
