    Chaps, for the issues with the GoPro. It's amazing how many UA-camrs mention problems with their GoPros. To the extend where one has to seriously consider switching to a different brand. I personally use a Sony AS200V. Had it for years, and filmed all of my DIY projects with it. Never missed a beat. I also know that a lot of other UA-camrs use them, cause they are very good. Better image quality than the GoPro, and much more rubust hardware. Great sound quality too! (whilst still being completely waterproof). So I'd highly recommend looking at some of the Sony models. They also have cheaper options, if the As200V is outside your budget range :)

    Hi guys.I am a big fan of You.Thanks to yours videos I have learned a lot and just finished bricklaying large brick shed and starting my another DIY project but have a question:When building house extension,why are using trench blocks?Can you skip them and start brick and block work straight on footings?

    Brilliant work lads! Loving the vertical DPC and continuous cavity 👌👌💪 I know there heavy..but trench blocks are the best👌 massive time saver 👌

      Yeah Izzy trench block are worth the extra effort and you can put profiles straight onto them .
      Only just realised I only did the cavity at one end . Same to you too pal 😳😬🤣🧱👍🏼

      @@SteveAndAlexBuild It's tough, a lot of the time, to get back to show the completed job,(which we know viewers want to see), when we only work on one part of it. (brickwork for you and roofing/1st fix for me) But I guess that is what your/our viewers watch for👊

    Get yourself a cheap water pump from tool station it goes on the end of an electric drill . Saves you a bit of work shovelling water out mate when it’s been raining 👍

      Mmm it’s been back for repair once .
      Now it won’t work with the batteries …. Not good 🙁🧱👍🏽

    Geeez Steve, every time I see you down on your knees on cement, I wince. (I've got very bad knees.) No knee pads? Save your knees...you'll wish you did later. Suggestion: buy a RV water pump and a motorcycle battery. Will pump out all the wet stuff down in the trenches w/o any work. Cheap solution. I hope ya'all have your covid booster shots. Omacron is going wild over here. People here that said they would never get poked are getting poked now.

      We had a lot of issues that you probably won’t .
      Strikes
      Over booked hotels and french half term ( it was rammed) .
      One thing you will get is pig ignorant people and rude staff .

    Suprised you are allowed to use jablite, if bc see it around here it’s like they have been shot in the heart😂 only allow 100mm celotex around 3times more expensive!! East mids area

    Who put the concrete in u have a block with a massive bed going to cutting the block towards the house why not gauge the concrete to work in course with the house. Extra work n cost for no reason

First step get concrete level saves time cutting n getting tennis elbow cutting them block building trade hard enough why make it harder 🙄
