Love it. I taught 2 year olds for years in daycares, ran my own, went through 6 years of elementary Education and related college, I didn't expect to hear anything new but I'm getting desperate here with my 2nd kid and trying to potty train her when she spends half the week with dad and half the week with mom. But you did it! Thanks, if nothing else I'm back to willing to try. Lol
My son pees in the potty but doesnt care for poop and sometimes is days without pooping and thats really bad. When he finally poos un this underwear its a huge hard ball. I have done everything, motivating, prizes, taking him to the bathroom to poop, sitting there.. nothing works he prefers to go in a corner and poo like a dog or even laydown in the floor and poo sleep. Help
Hey! Giving your son more water will help with constipation issues. It has helped with my sons constipation. My son is 3 years old and I give him a bottle of water to drink THROUGHOUT the day. By the end of the day most of the water should be done. Regardless, make sure you are consulting your sons pediatrician and you are also doing your research to help your child have softer stool and less constipation.
Thank you so much. I am here with my 5th son. Yes I know you would think I should be a pro. But every kid is different. This 3 year old is stubborn and doesn't care also gets too busy playing to go poop and he will hide to poop. This helped me a lot. Thanks 😊
Thank you for your tips I have tried both boundaries and having a little potty but my son cries and refuses to poop he yells from the top of his lungs my son will be 4yrs old the only way he poops is with a diaper standing up I will try the reverse sitting on the toilet
I can't find anything that addresses the issues im dealing with training my twins. They don't with hold pee or poo , they sit on their potties for 5 minutes and don't do anything then they get up and pee and poop on the floor. I can't discipline messes and can't physically hold them on the potty until they so what do i do?
I love these tips but I live with people so it's not practical for me to get my toddler to put in the bathroom. Because it will cause more tension between me and the other people. So if you can find me an alternative for the bathroom. Please and thank you
This was so helpful! Thank you for doing this! All the other videos I've watched only talk about urinating on the potty but leave out the poop part so this was a great video to find!
I have 2 kids, my son is 4 years old and my daughter is 2 years old. My daughter trained well in potty trained when she comes the 2 years. She never refused. But my son still not like to go potty or toilet when he needed to go poop.he is passing the poop in his cloth. But he go to the toilet to passing his urine. So how i manage him to go toilet.
Your cat is so cute! Thanks for the tips. My daughter was so easy to potty train and was potty trained by 17 months. My son has been peeing in the potty for months now, but has only pooped in it a handful of times. He usually waits until he gets a pull up on and then he'll go.
My eldest daughter had a very hard time with potty training. Mainly because she just didn't care. Tried having her run around with no pants, then cleaning her own mess. Didn't work. Tried having her wet her pants and feel the uncomfortableness. Didn't work. It wasn't until she got a potty seat that looked like a toilet where it started to click with her. The next step was getting her to poop. I noticed she had a stock pile of stickers and was otherwise not allowed to use them. So, one day I got an idea. I took her to Michael's to find the biggest fanciest sheet of paper. And so, every time she'd make a successful poop in the toilet, she'd get to put a sticker on her poop chart. It was successful! She's now in school and has had an accident only once since!
I'm gonna try the seat trick my youngest who's 3 is using his emotions to use the potty which drive me nuts specially while cooking lol but like you said every kid is different I will get back at you guys this was helpful
