Today' transcription it's from one of the greatest Punk band ever existed, from their third album, American Psycho.
Be prepared to move those fingers, this is an easy bit quite fast song, with a very curious modulation in the Chorus. Try to play it without using too much strength, using just your fingertips and, very important, stay relaxed. You can try it slower and then increase speed progressively.
