Jack and Donna Rigney are the Founding Pastors of His Heart Ministries International and the Overseers of H.H.M.I. Network of Churches and Ministries. They began a missionary work in Croatia and have reached thousands for Christ with their evangelistic programs. Donna, a successful playwright, inspirational speaker and evangelist, has published three books. They co-pastor H.H.M.I. and have ordained and mentor 13 pastors and evangelists in the USA.
Currently Jack and Donna conduct outreach services and ice cream socials twice a month at Hastings Youth Academy, a youth detention facility that houses 125 troubled teenage boys from all over Florida. The boys and staff have received salvation, deliverance and many have been baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Jack served as chaplain to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office and chaplain for the COP Division. Donna ministers the Word every Sunday morning at their non-denominational church in Salt Springs, Florida. Donna is known for her passion for intimacy with the Holy Spirit. Many of her meetings are prophetic and directed towards salvation for the lost, healing and deliverance for the hurting.

My grandmother had a near death experience when she was in her early 20s. She said that when she got back to earth the trees all looked dead because in heaven the trees are truly alive, covered in gems and light and love shine out from every facet of every gem. When she said the tress are covered in diamonds it reminded me of what my grandmother saw 75 years ago!
I feels so depressed lately, I can't slept well and last week I had covid..But last night, before I saw this video I was cried out to God, I said, "Jesus Please help I can't do this anymore, I don't want lived with this feelings; anxiety, fear, depression, rejection, loneliness..After seen your video, I slept & in the morning when I wake up, I feels so peace & finally feels the presence of God into my life..Thank you so much..God bless you😇😍

This Word of love you spoke today was so timely for me. I needed to hear this in order to break free of the hurt and years of rejection from the people I’ve loved the most. I’m trusting and believing in the Father’s love, that today I’ll be able to let go of that unworthiness and begin crossing the bridge that leads to the Father. I love Him so much that when I hear His name or when I’m in prayer I just cry uncontrollably for Him. I never realized until today, that the past heartbreak is what I believe has kept me from His bridge of Glory. When you pour out your love continually to your loved ones unconditionally and they turn away; it’s been hard to believe the Lord God almighty would welcome my presence. Thank you for your prayers Donna, today I’ll do my best to at least stand on His bridge and enter in to the intimacy with Him I crave. God bless you. I watch you every chance I can.

I have a friend that is sick and I asked God what I could do to help with her healing. He said to take the supplements that He brought to my mind over to her house. As I dropped them off, I pictured an angel come with me and deposit healing power along with the items.

When I was praying for the sick to be healed I had a vision and in the vision I saw a hugh balcony and overlooking the balcony was Katherine kuhlman looking over the balcony of heaven...looking at me and she gave me the biggest smile... It was awesome. So I was partnering with Katherine K. I bought several books bout her. Now I know why I had this vision... She is one of my partners when I pray for the sick. Awesome! I've never looked at it this way beforehand. I love the way God wants to send his glory to us!

I was psychotic and schizophrenic for 50 years healed 2017. I reentered this world 5 years ago at age 65 angry as hell as I suddenly saw for the first time what had happened to me. I'm here again but without family, friend , education, career, or even a fond loving memory of relationship with another human being. I had no chance to go where I wanted, do what I wanted, have anything, or become anything, and now at 70 I'll NEVER live long enough to do anything about it. Any , all hope for me is in the next world.

Jesus set me free
Watching Donna Rigney explaining why birds have a special place in the Father's heart, that they are so free and the Father wants us to be free as the birds, untethered to the earth.
It reminded me revelation I had decades ago. In this revelation, I felt like a bird tethered to the earth and could fly but not fly freely. The meaning of the revelation unravelled before me.
