Yea good on the refs for checking it and all but still... If you're not on the ice and get involved in a play you should be ejected with mandatory suspension. It will stop IMMEDIATELY. These fines are too low and suspensions too short to prevent some of the behavior.

I think any intentional interference with the play whilst on the bench should be an automatic major. What's to stop a player reaching out and grabbing an opposing player to stop an odd-man rush? If it's only a minor penalty, you'd take that every day to stop a potential goal.

I know it wasn't very forceful, but what Zadorov did was a low-end spear. Technically, if a player makes contact on a spear attempt, then it should be a major and a game misconduct. Given how weak the spear was, I get them not giving Zadorov that... but to me, he should have gotten more than just one minor penalty (double-minor for spearing, or two for unsportsmanlike and 10-minute misconduct?). I am far from being a Penguins fan, btw.

Refs only got this right because the replay room forced them too, otherwise they would have let this go, too. For some reason (Marchand bribing them with merch his whole career) the refs LOVE Boston.

just learned that sweeney had the 13,14,15 picks in the 1st round in 2015 (i think). none of them are even on the team now. debrusk is the only one of them still in the league i believe. and the picks taken right after were matt barzal and kyle connor

In the next game against the Red Wings Zadorov got called for slashing and responded by cross-checking the guy he slashed after the whistle. Somehow only one penalty on the play. Refs only got this right because the replay room forced them too, otherwise they would have let this go, too. For some reason (Marchand bribing them with merch his whole career) the refs LOVE Boston.

Это он ни себя, ни команду, это он в целом положил на лигу и хоккей. В лиге если такое себе начнут позволять , куда нхл покатится? Да и вообще, штраф и на лавку игр на 10 , без сохранения оплаты.
