Hello yes I'm going to work on budget friendly menus as I want to cut a bit myself. I will mix with organization tips because often the two go hand in hand, especially when we have a busy life. Thanks for watching, happy new year 😊✨
As an American, I truly enjoy your videos! They always inspire me to make better meal choices. Love how you always have a bit of cheese with your meals❤
Thank you so much for your channel. I get so much inspiration. I grew up in the States, but now live in Europe. I'm so happy to live in a country where people enjoy lots of fresh seasonal foods and still want to take the time to make a nice meal. My heart was always so sad at how much Americans depend on processed pre-made foods, especially what the children have to get for a lunch at school. It means people cannot rely on others but must search for health themselves by learning about proper cooking and staying active. I have not driven a car in almost a decade now, and happier than ever to walk and bike everywhere. 🤍Happy New Year and eat well!!
Excellent presentation- Bonne Annee! As you state, whole foods and portion sizes are fundamental, however, I would add that it cannot be understated how much French citizens walk everyday. This is very critical to wright maintenance and general health and fortunately is built-in to the lifestyle where many do not own cars and rely on public transport.
Beautiful. Thank you! Exactly the reminders I needed. I will try your plan and tips and report the progress. I need to get myself smaller, traditional plates
All these dishes look absolutely delicious! If more of us ate like this on a regular basis, we would not be hungry and reaching for processed food. We would be satisfied. Would love to see actual recipes to make these dishes. I would totally make them! Merci!
Hello if you watch my "what I eat in a day" videos you will find some recipes'. I have also a recap with all the chicken recipes and I'm going to publish the same vidéo with all the stews in the end of January. Have a nice day ☺️
A Happy New Year to you - thank you so much for these videos. I find them informative, educational and inspiring. I just wish we had the same access to fabulous ingredients that you have. I have always been very jealous of the quality of food sold in French markets and supermarkets. The variety of what you have available is also extremely impressive. You are so lucky to live in such a gorgeous country with such a rich heritage when it comes to food. Please keep up the videos and thank you for all your hard work in putting them together. They are very much appreciated.
May I also ask you - if this is of course not too much extra work - could you please hashtag the names of the recipes you demonstrate in the description box or somewhere to make it a bit easier to search (I've been looking for some of your beautiful stews). Thank you so much!
Thanks for making this video. You said 3 meals, no snacks, but how about le goûter, when French enjoy coffee with a cholocatine? Isn't this considered a snack?
Hello. Once a week why not but I don't know anyone who does that on a daily basis. If you do know some french people who do that every day please don't do the same! It's definitely not a good habit. If you can't go without having a snack, I would recommend choosing a piece of cheese or yogurt instead of anything sugary. Thanks for watching, have a nice evening ✨
"French don't get fat"??? Should go down in world record as greatest myth ever, along with French chic!!! What's even more shocking to me is that you're not only French but claim to be a registered dietitian, expert in metabolic medicine! To imply that Paris is the epitome of everything that's French is the height of ignorance. Obviously, you don't know your own country or have visited the other regions. Try going to Auchan in Calais or St Omer in northern France, and let's see if you can find enough thin people to count with one hand. Stick to your brilliant recipes, but just STOP spreading myths!
A I say at the beginning of the video, in France, we have 49% overweight people and 17% obeses. That's a lot but it's still pretty low compared to other countries. And please stop being so rude when you comment!
Finally, videos for common sense food! Please, more ideas for low-budget meals for a week for families. 🙏

Great balance, plenty of high- quality, nutrient- dense protein, nice range of vegetables, and not too many carbs. Healthy and delicious! Thank you!

As an American, I truly enjoy your videos! They always inspire me to make better meal choices. Love how you always have a bit of cheese with your meals❤
Glad you like them! Yes cheese is delicious, plus it's a great source of protein and calcium. Have a nice evening ✨
I agree!

Thanks for your nice message! Have a nice evening ✨

Hello. I made a video with all the recipes with chicken and I'm working on another with all the stews for the end of January. Thanks for watching ☺️
Thanks for making this video. You said 3 meals, no snacks, but how about le goûter, when French enjoy coffee with a cholocatine? Isn't this considered a snack?

I LOVE French food but for me, they serve too many French fries with too many things. Wish there was a greater attempt to healthier options.
Hello, yes, in this video it is about what we eat at home. Restaurants are not always very varied in their menus indeed. Thanks for watching ☺️
C'est faux. Il y a de plus en plus des personnes avec des problèmes de poids en France.
C'est bien ce que je dis au début de la vidéo. 49% de surpoids et 17% d'obésité. Mais comparé à d'autres pays ça reste peu.
