Pope Benedict announced Feb. 11 before a gathering of cardinals that he will resign at the end of the month.

Look at the bishop to the right at 1.27 - the holy father talks about the election of a successor to him, and the bishops starts looking around the roon in disbelief: 'Am I the only one hearing this? Is this actually happening?' haha :D kidding aside, I will miss pope Benedict, but the once and future cardinal Ratzinger will always be remembered for his service to the Church!
