Since Sibylline don't do this kind of time lapse videos anymore, I enjoy watching this SO MUCH. I like her style and this painting of yours is so accurate yet different. Love it!
I agree about their rich color options. It’s so nice not having to find that right shade when it’s already been mixed for you. And speaking of shades….what colors did you use for her hair? That’s the shade I’ve been trying to mix for a while now.
I really wanna try holbein acryla gouache, but I was able to find turner at my local art store instead. The finished piece looks so clean and perfect! ✨It's an amazing medium.
This looks heavily inspired by Sibylline Meynet's work. Great study, I wouldn't know it wasn't hers if this piece and one of hers were placed side by side!
When you want to shade any color you just need to mix with a small amount of black. With skin tone you can use jaune brilliant for shade without mix and match 😊
Dear Medco….recent subscriber here…..LOVE your art! i have a question about acrylic gouache……what type of palette do you use? Also how do you clean the palette after you are done? Thank you!
Thank you so much 🥰❤️ I've used many palettes, but I usually use the ceramic palette and the transparent palette like in this video. I use water and toothbrush to clean them 😊
Hello! I was watching this video with my ten year old niece and we couldn't agree on whether the character was holding up her phone to choose more music or to take a selfie. If you could let us know, that would be appreciated. I really want to win this argument against a 10 year old lol
Ohh the cutest argument I've heard today 🤣 I think this character is choosing music because she is wearing headphones. Your niece must be so cute 😆❤️ Hope you and your niece enjoy this video!!

I mixed beige + naples yellow + a little ash rose for her hair 😊

Loved it Meeco!!! 😀❤️Will you make a tutorial video anytime???
I will do it in the future, when I have perfected my strokes 🤣

Oh yes, I've heard about that medium a lot. I also want to try turner someday 😆

Yes, she inspires me a lot. I’m trying to make my strokes stronger without being overly influenced by hers work 😁
Good
Can you tell me how to darken the colour? For example for the skin, how do you mix the shadow colour? Or the line art? I keep struggling with that :(
When you want to shade any color you just need to mix with a small amount of black. With skin tone you can use jaune brilliant for shade without mix and match 😊

Can you please tell me the size of the brushes you use?

- Liner 10/0
- Round 0
- Filbert 6
