- The plaintiff says she is Sandra Bland’s sister, and life has been difficult since her sister’s untimely death. She’s suing the defendant because she paid him to create a prom dress for her daughter and never got the gown. The defendant says he was honored to make the dress, but he alleges the plaintiff didn’t want to spend the money on it.
