The way that clip is made the spring part is down,wouldnt you push up intead of down to release it?Thanks for the video!

No because it clips into the trim piece. So you pull it down to release the trim piece.

Wrong,I got mine released today by pushing up on
mine,maybe your X5 is made different than mine!If yours work good your way great,mine worked good my way!@@problemgarage6412
