How To Make Fan Speed Controller Circuit - Cheap Circuit || Full English Tutorial

In this video, we are going to show you making a simple DC fan speed controller circuit at home easily. It is a very cheap & useful electronics circuit.
To make this amplifier circuit, we might need some electronics component. Those component list have to been given below.

I tried this one and it didn't work. Did you use a Transistor NPN aswell?
I used a Volume B100k / 0.125W
Transistor BD139 NPN
Resistance 22kΩ
Fan, Sunon 12V/DC 2W
When i connect it, it sounds like it want to start but does more like a bumping and doesn't rotate.
When i put volume up it does nothing.
I might did more than just something wrong.
