@@RJEDITALL I got it. However... The idea, it is making a electronic fuse cause this will protect a manual regulatory voltage and amps, if we just put a fuse, it will be inconvenient, in addition to replace the fuse each minute when the amps or voltaje excee the limits, thank you.

I made light dimmer using a triac and diac, the problem was my bulb went like high and low of light without touching the potentio. Hope to read a response, I am afraid if it is a short circuit. By the way the bulb i use is 3 watts in 220V
@@RJEDITALL I'll try, I bought a Generic E-DIMMER AC 50-220V 2000W speed controller. But my fan is rated 220V-240V. So I don't think I can reduce speed down by lowering the voltage below 220v, it might damage it right?

You can control speed but not torque,when you use this system the drill machine will not take load

You can add fuse, you can connect maximum 20 ampere 220v ac
