Is it safe? Edge footing is week in horizontal load during earthquake. It is suggested to use starp footing or combined footing to balance overturning moment. Due to loss of contact might lead to catastrophic failure.

This kind of footings should be properly analysed and designed. Please dont misguide others by giving the rcc details of the footing without designing it. It is not safe
I also agreed it is failed in calculation because bearing pressure is more than bearing capacity
It will never satisfy the bearing conditions.
