Very important topic. Good 👍
God bless you. sir from Nepal.
Hi bro, this is Vijeeth. I have a small doubt regarding building safety.
We built G+1 building in a 1000sq feet plot (100sq yards)in 2011! Now we added a floor and a pent house on top of it. Which is G+2 and a pent house slab!
There are 9 columns of 9x12 inches cross-section! We used 4 bars of 16MM, 2 bars of 12MM in ground floor and footing. And 6 bars of 12MM in rest of the floors.
Now my question is - will it be structurally safe? I tried to run analysis but I lost touch in it! What is your opinion?
Thank u so much sir ✌️
Well done brother, be ever bright and knight.
God bless you sir.
Thank you sir.
Nice sir... Thank u sir

Sir..
My house is based on approximately 750sqft. It is having 9mm columns with steel T12×4 in each.. there are 8 columns ...
I want to build 1st floor on it.. is it safe to build 1st floor on the existing structure we have now.??
I m really worried about it.. please give me a solution 🙏
वेरी गुड सार जी
Well Explanation
Sir, this concept contradicts with the concept of Strong Column & Weak Beam.Any thoughts on that ?
धन्यवाद.सर.
Nice information thanks

Accha laga apka video
very good...👍
Ye jo masons wali bat ki ye sahi kaha ye apne aap ko top samajhte hain
Yes sir due to pre stressing we can increase span between columns.but not possible in small structures due to economic issues
Yes
Thank u so much sir hi
Best gyan salute sir
sir bahut khusi kabathai 👍👍
Good explanation.
श्री गुरुदेव दत्त 👏🙏
How abt columns from the tie beam to support an span of 17 feet ..in addition to the column from the foundation level....is it okay for a two storied building?
Good video .
Thank you bro
I have a question pls answer by making a video on it
As, in a vertical member like column, no lapping is allowed at L/4 from both ends ie.. no lap zone. My is question is that whether same rule is applicable in case the coupler is used in column?
Very nice video bhai sb
Thank you sir
Very nice very good explanation that gaoun k mistri ko sub pata hota balky kuch ziada hi pata hota ha 🤣🤣🤣🤣 very true balky wo samjhta ha k sub kuch sirf usi ko pata hota ha
Nice work 👍🏻
Sahi bole Sir 🙏🙏
Sir ji, very nice explanation
Thanks.....sir
Thank u sir 🙏
Very interesting
If i want to construct g+1 building and column distance fixed 5.5m or 18ft with column size 250×250 having 4 no 16 dia bar is it risky
please clarify
Size of beam is more important ..as spacing between two colum is 5.5 m ..Use beam 250x300.. min depth of beam .5500/20
thanks 😊
If there is a plan for constructing a home for G +3, in that case what size of columns we should provide
great video keep it up.
Bihari bhaiya bahut khub
