Lol wut it’s way easier in a group, you have health and ammo fodder. The only part that makes it harder in a group is that when it teleports in front of another demon and brings up its shield on frame negative 6.
Does more testosterone make the Doom Slayer or Astolfo?

The don't use guitars thing was for doom 2016, tho he still did in some soundtracks.
And yes he did use a chainsaw and lawnmower in a couple soundtracks but i don't know which one
He was told he couldn’t use electric guitar so he used a chainsaw.

You know doom is a batshit crazy carnival of pain when killing G O D isn’t even the hardest challenge you’ll face
Side note:Mick Gordon is the most respectable God of this game
Ironically that the hardest challenge is yourself, the evil twin of the Doom slayer.
The Marauder in the intro is a regular enemy introduced partway through the game in that cutscene
19:35 Mick has a whole presentation about it.
At first the guys at ID wanted (for some fucked up reasons) the game to NOT be tied to Metal and Hard Rock.
So the assignement for Mick was to make a soundtrack for the game, without the use of Guitars.
So he explored a few new ways and paths and experimented a LOT with things like sampling Chainsaw and landmowers and Mongolian Throat singing, but also used a 80's Ex-URSS Synth and some other weird stuff.
WIch all gave it that Industrialized sounds and feel and he managed to get something really cool, but still felt like, it would be Better with Guitars.
So he got a 8 or 9 string Djent guitar and recorded some riffs, he then went to ID software with the soundtrack in both versions, with and without the Guitars riffs.
And the guys at ID software admitted that the one with the Guitars, was better.
But like he said, the fact that guitars where banned at first, allowed him to explore new stuff and come up with new sounds AND THEN supplemented it with the Guitars riff.
If he had been able to use guitars from the start, he would have never come up with all of this.
So sometimes it is better to work with the restrictions you have.
I mean the guy basicaly invented an new Metal Genre the "Argent Metal" (not sure if there's bands going about playing it tho, but still)

The final boss without dlc is the "icon of sin" a goat headed titan, the actual final boss is the demon version of the doom slayer, on a side note the soundtrack is the best soundtrack of any game ever
mouse and keyboard is way better for fps games. there is a reason most games with cross compliable with consoles give controllers aim assist.

The guy at the end is Nostalgia Critic... but you do see Max0r often in this videos, he was the guy doing the wierd crouch walk and at 19:54 he often does little cuts to himself in his edits.

4:34 doom eternal is already based on older boomer shooters from the late 90s and early 2000s. Most games derived from those games are very fun for the intended audience but are quite hard to get into.
In regards to the "why are new games being released which are bad in specific genres when "good templates" already exist for those", I can partially answer it;
Just because a formula works doesn't mean that you can easily understand everything that makes it work. Imagine that you are a painter and have access to the mona lisa. Even if you know how to paint in that style and can look at it all you want, will you be able to perfectly replicate it? Probably not. And even then, you can't just make the painting again, you'd have to tweak it slightly if you don't want to get accused of outright plagiarism when you publish your work.
Add to that the fact that you need a large team to make a game, multiple years of work, AAA studios being as risk averse as possible, and many people not liking games that are heavily inspired by others... You have a bunch of reasons that end up making "just follow the template" a far more complicated issue that it appears at first, with many avenues of failure.

Doom Eternal is hands down one of the most fun games for PS4. Yes, I played on console just to troll the PC purists when I got gud and did an Ultra Nightmare run on console lmao
See's basic enemy, "is this the final boss" it's doom the final boss is a world ending demon
The final boss is John Doom and the whole galaxy is trying to stop him.
The thing about doom is it’s one of those singleplayer games I don’t get bored of I don’t know why but I’ve played eternal since it came out till now and I’m not bored yet. Obviously I do other things so it’s harder to burn out but doom eternal and fromsoft games are like the only games for me that I consistently still play despite how much they infuriate me (maybe I’m a Massochist lmao) I don’t what the point of this comment is but I just love this game sm but seriously I’m so bad at it lmao

I hope you're ready for the most awesome and deadly merry-go-round in your life. Doom Eternal is a game beyond god given you DO kill him, satan, satans son, and god's son Samuel Cope and Seethe Hayden, not in that order.
Doom Eternal's Devs are so cool that they added an easter egg specifically meant for Mark of the Pliers where a specific book in a specific bookcase in a specific hub area holds the warfstaches father's personally made book in honor of the dead hero and UA-camr Unus Markiplier Anus. (Markiplier's dad's book is in the game in honor of Mark and His father's bond due to the original doom bringing them closer together.)
The soundtrack is entirely made of testosterone and you better butt believe that listening to this will 100% make you a man. Lawnmowers, chainsaws, Mongolian throat singing, and Mick Gordons SoundCloud mixtape, all together create the music you hear!
Once i first played Doom Eternal on pc. Oml. The game is just better with keyboard and mouse imo.
