B12 Injection in the Thigh

A demonstration video on how to give a B12 injection in the thigh. Because of the length of the needle I am using and the placement, this is a subcutaneous injection. The technique is the same for IM injections (90 degrees), but the needle length would be different. This video is also applicable to other types of medications that are injected into the thigh unless otherwise instructed by your prescribing medical provider.
