If you get an Alchemist Embrosia and then create a enhanced smithing potion with Sabre cat tooth,Blister wort and spriggan sap. You can also use Glowing mushroom instead of one of these, You get 120% better.
What is Alchemist Embrosia? I just tried making this combo while wearing Muiris ring, an alchemy necklace and Alchemy helmet .. I got to 74% improvement
@@robertravena So, that comment is 7 years old and I honestly have no clue what I meant. I did some quick googling, with both ambrosia and embrosia(I'm assuming I spelt this wrong) but I'm finding nothing, and those save files are long gone so I can't really check either.

You can make fortify smithing potions. A 120% weapon and armor improving potion makes a big difference. To be able to make the potion that strong you have to have the relevant alchemy perks of course (alchemist 5/5, potions you make ar twice as strong). The ingredients that fortify smithing are blisterwort, glowing mushroom, spriggan sap and sabre cat tooth. But you have to discover the effects of the ingredients first. To do that you need to unlock the alchemy experimenter perks.
Meh, that's just how it goes when you decide to post videos on UA-cam. Hard to be perfect when you're not doing one of those stupid 1000 cut, say a sentence and splice it together video. Ohhhhh welll
If you become a vampire with the necromage perk, you're going to be overpowered. . My Daedric sword did 212 damage as a normal person, then when I became a vampire, boosted all the way to 287 damage. Which is ironic as it is the same damage as the video's creator greatsword.
@Zapp0star Its only going to improve if you have more smithing than the last time you upgraded the weapon. You're popping pots, equipping fortify smithing gear?
I enchanted a nice set of dwarf amor, ring and necklace for Lydia. I worked and trained for several days, to gather all the Grand Soul Gems and the materials, took enchanting and the alchemy to 100 and took the right perks to make the strongest potions and make the strongest enchanments, putting two in each piece. I made my own fortify enchanting potionts: "Enchanting is 32% stronger for 30 secs", also my own fortify smithing potions: "Improving of amor and weapons is 128% stronger". I made the arrangements to make myself a fortify alchemy set of 4 pieces to be able to create such potionts, of course. After those, and with a fortify enchanting potion, I create a full set of 4 pieces of fortify smithing. With all that, I was able to give Lydia a dwarven amor set wich its base armor rate was near the cap of the game, around 550, but I included a few enchanments to improve her ability with heavy armor so she could hit the cap. She had 4 pieces of her set with a 47% increase in two-handed weapon damage, paired obviusly with other useful enchantments. After all this, I gave her my own Daedric Battle Axe, as a symbol of gratitude for her loyalty and service. It had 80 base damage and as enchanments it would steal 29 health per hit from the target, hit with an extra 29 lighting damage and half of that to magicka. Lydia would pretty much one-shot every humanoid we encountered, not a big surprise, knowing that her Enchanted Daedric Battle Axe would at least hit for 470 raw damage and 58 magical damage. Me? I enchanted myself a nice set of daedric equipment as well, not so focused on damage, but at least I could hit hard, restoration spells were free to use and I could use a nice shield. My Daedric War Axe hit for 331 raw damage plus 58 magic damage total. I hope you found this comment inspiring, so you could make a cool set of equipment for you, but also for your loyal follower. Cheers.
You forgot poison mate! That extra bit could be very helpful. The strong lingering poisons could wreck a dragon while he's in the air. Combined with you dragonrend you can pawn elder dragons and dragon priests alike
You can make a Fortify Smithing potion that can add up to 147% to Smithing. You need to max out Enchanting and Alchemy, and to use the Falmer Helm exploit (you can equip a Falmer helm and a Circlet, for example) to raise your Alchemy by another 29% (max I've been able to do). Then you can make crazy powerful weapons. I've got a Daedric dagger that does 150+ damage as the base, for example.
Yes. Maxing out your smithing, alchemy, enchanting allows for op gear. I unfortunately made the mistake of thanks to alchemy gear+resto loop+enchanting made a set of gear that negates the need for potions but makes my gear damn near unsellable due to cost!
using your resto glitch guide I've created blacksmith gear in the negative millions, I've got a dagger doing 97 million and - 200 (negative) million in chaos damage, all thanks to you
great video! I do have a question though, how come when you first make the daedric greatsword at the forge ur base damage is 85, but when you are improving it at the grindstone, it starts at 57? shouldnt it go up from 85?
Nowhere near as strong as I make them i made a stalhreim sword with chaos damage of fire shock and frost and stamina damage that do a total of 225 and 250 damage plus 153 damage
I made a 512 damage bow. Smithing 100, Alchemy 100 Fortify enchanting potion with fortify restoration loop and then creating fortify smithing apparel and also fortify smithing potion.
This is not something you will be doing during the main quest. My smithing was not 100 till way after the main quest with boosting by maming shit tons of jewelry and daggers. Also its more of another thing to do when you are bored post story.
You have to remember all things in this game go by your levels, so if hes higher than you in certain aspects, ur not going to get the same boost, the idea is to max out the level your particular character is at, you wont get the same numbers unless your all the exact same levels as the person making the vid. Hope this helped
Smart thing that i recommend is say you have a bow and want bow enchantments on all your apparel, get 100 enchanting, dual enchanting perk and put enchantments on all armor for bow and you can still get performance enchantments such as sneaking, health regen, ect.
Top Notch Guide. Although, I see that your enchantments list is lacking a couple of key enchantments. Silent Moons is located at the top of the Silent Moons Camp(North of the Western Watchtower in Whiterun), and Fiery Soul Trap is at the end of Ironbind Barrow( West of Windhelm). Also, Chaos Damage is nice too if you have the Dragonborn DLC.
Wear clothing that improves blacksmithing and drink black smith elixir (Do it for every you need grindstone and workbench). Then, you have to be 100 Enchantment for the pert "Extra Effect" so you can have 2 enchantments. Look up Black Soul Gems and how to fill them up, use Enchanters Elixir and Black Soul gems (strongest gems) and use Fire and Ice Damage and you'll have one-hit-kill swords.
you can make a "Fortify Smithing" potion. Using any of these ingredients, that are all easily found at Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun (left of the trader Belethor's place) - Spriggan Sap, Sabre Cat Claw, Glowing Mushrooms, Blisterwort If you have enchanting and alchemy perks up and if you enchant necklaces, rings, bracers, and circlets with fortify alchemy... you can make Fortify Smithing potions that are comparable or even better than the Blacksmith's Elixir. I can make a potion that is 64%.
You cant make that specific potion but you can make a potion of fortify smithing using blistewart n glowing mushroom. The potion is at level with your alchemy perks+bonuses(alchemy boasting gear)+(if applicable) resto loop. (Craft fortify smithin n any other potion while under resto loop effect).
To do this you must have ALL skils maxed out, an armor set with smithing enchantments and very good smithing potion, and for the final enchantent of your set you need a good potion of enchantment (the best armor is daedric and the best weapons are dragonbone)
You can improve it way more than that with alch potions that you make while wearing alch + gear made with enchanting. Then you make enchanting potions with that and get even more awesome alch gear. Repeat for infinite % bs improvement
If you need a perk straightaway, then use your point on it immediately. If you have useless ones that are lying around/can't decide what to get, upgrade your smithing. Alternatively, give up a single perk instead of an entire skill tree every other level and give it to smithing, like sneak, then smithing, then sneak again, then smiting again. Also, we can see your name, you don't need to type it at the end. It saves some comment space for new comments and keeps your text from being limited.

You can actually do the most damage (per second) possible IF you use no weapon enchants if you're a Necromage vampire with the Amulet of Talos and the Shine of Talos bonuses active. You can chain shout rank 3 of Elemental Fury with zero downtime
You find or buy or whatever enchanted weapons/armour then go to an enchanting table and use the disenchant option and disenchant the item u want it will destroy the weapon/armour however you will learn the enchantment then u can enchant weapons and armour :D.Hope this helped you!
I have 3 pieces that give +45% dmg on 1 handed weapon, gaunlets, ring, necklace, and 3 that give +45% dmg on Bows, helmet, ring, necklace. I have master enchanter perk allowing 2 enchantments per item. Using 4 +28% blacksmith booster equipments and a 102% blacksmith booster potion i honed Chillrend, a glass sword, and a glass bow. They both have the same att, with 400 something, and the bow has soul trap and paralze enchantments.
You can make "Fortify Blacksmith" potions that are much stronger than the elixir he is talking about. Also, you should enchant with "firey soul trap". Much better, burns and fills soul jems.
One-handed weapons are better, because of enchantment, and they do more damage if dual wielded. The enchantment as your said is around 45 x2 = 90 more damage. So the base damage if dual wielded is about the same, plus if put on grindstone will be greater than a (ironically) a Daedric Greatsword. So 160+160=320 plus enchantment= 410 damage. Thats what I have on my lvl 81.
