The red light is just like a stop sign when turn right. If there is no on coming traffic or people crossing the street, it is legal to turn right when the light is red.

18:12 should've been Station: Strawberry, Transfer available to the LST. And you can also do this with the GTA Vice City bus, 5$ but you have to know the path

In the Bronx, you can make right turn on red.

Abriel Rodriguez you cant make right turns in the Bronx or anywhere in nyc unless there is a sign saying it is allowed. Outside of the city you can make right on reds as long as it doesn’t say no right on red
