Shane Gillis made a joke about Native American raindances being a form of weather modification on his podcast and it has lived rent free ever since i heard it
The only time I know the US actually used the cloud-seeding tech during time of war was Operation POPEYE during the early-mid American - Vietnam War. The intention was to prolong the monsoon season with the hopes of flooding out the Ho Chi Minh Trail and disrupting the Vietcong supply line. It both succeeded and failed, in that it did manage to prolong rainfall effectively but it (surprise, surprise) had little to no effect in hampering a logistic network run by people who have dealt with monsoons their entire lives. It did, however, cause US soldiers some grief in finding themselves the new-found cast members of "Imperialism Gone Wild: Wet T-shirt Edition". They canned it after a year or two.
You really think they just stopped doing this? That's why there are still patents being approved for weather mod tech up to 2023, right? Because it makes total sense to do R&D for something that you have no intention of using..... If you believe that, then I have a lot of snake oil to sell you.

Contrails aren’t “chemtrails,” but they might as well be due to the toxic emissions modern jets produce. Since the 90s, airlines switched to cheaper fuels with higher sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons, leading to more ultrafine particles (UFPs), black carbon, and sulfate aerosols. These particles fall onto soil and people under flight paths, impacting air quality, soil chemistry, and human health. Modern jet engines burn hotter, increasing nitrogen oxides (NOx) and incomplete combustion of aromatics. Plus, contrails can influence weather by forming high-altitude clouds that trap heat or alter precipitation patterns. While contrails are water vapor, their pollutants are a serious environmental and health issue. The conspiracy isn’t weather modification it is corporate greed prioritizing cost-cutting over environmental and health impacts.

As a weather nerd, everybody and their mom in the weather community has been aware of the threat of numerous and powerful hurricanes since like march. The waters in the Atlantic were really warm this year. That's what fuels hurricanes. This season actually turned out milder than what meteorologists expected.
Im a WMO approved Meteorologist in the Royal Navy and i just wanted to say the following. Weather modification has been a pie in the sky for decades now. We can make it rain only if there was a possibility of rain to begin with and so on. Mesoscale weather modification is near impossible simple because you cant track all the variables and be able to say 'it will rain here at this time for this long'. climate modification is actually much easier because the objective is non discreet. You can suppose if you pump a bunch of greenhouse gases youll have a green house effect or if you cover a continent with white tarp youll give the earth a higher albedo and lower global temperatures. We've been causing global warming for hundreds of years now. We could reverse climate change tomorrow if we all coordinated. It would really be that easy. But making it rain in the Sahara without the correct air mass being present already would be impossible, because you cant make something out of nothing.
I still don't understand how conspiracy brain works. A secret radio project to make hurricanes hit Florida and coordinated global mission to douse us in chemicals from planes is believable, but the fact that corporations who we know are poisoning our water and ground might also be selling us products that poison our air is too far fetched.
Wow... you think water vapor expands and covers the sky in crisscross lines, and you have formal training, too? Yet another reason I left the US military.
1:31, I looked at the patent and there is no mention of ionization or any use of electrical charges to influence cloud formation anywhere. How did you come to this conclusion?
Nice! I was worried about this one, haha. I can confirm I only noticed one inaccuracy. The HAARP facility is still used for reaserch by the University of Alaska Fairbanks, though mostly it’s all-sky cameras and much smaller arrays. I myself, deployed a magnetometer there.
I went to the university nearest HAARP in the University of Alaska system and weirdly had the strongest Aurora I've seen in 10ish years in interior Alaska when driving near the remote area just south of Delta Junction but north of Glennallen. Weird night, had a couple goin at it in the back of my SUV so I didn't think much of the weird strength of the lights when we stopped to look at the aurora. Weird to be out there, there's got to be less than a couple thousand people between those towns but west of Tok, very spooky vibes at night.
I became friends with the civilian lead researcher of the HAARP facility over a shared enjoyment of ham radio tech. (this is after the sale to the university of alaska). It's pretty neat, but all in all I'd consider it safe to say people are way overstating exactly what HAARP does.
@chrispc92 It's not unnecessary. The pronoun and verb need to agree to form a grammatically correct sentence. "It am here." No. "It is here." "It go fast." No. "It goes fast." "We are going." No. "We ares going." I understand your confusion given the irregularity of the English 'to be' verb: am, is, was, are, etc... Its iterations are many and varied; some of them even are etymologically derived from separate synonymous verbs. Over time, the 'are' mutated into 'ares', presumably because 'we' refers to multiple people, and 's' signifies plurality in English. There are many things in this world to abandon, but not this. Go and be merry now, son. Thank you for reading, Chris.

6:13 You, uhhhh... you just described 'Alabama booms.' And guess what even Alabama's best meteorologists have yet to debunk... Yup- _'Alabama booms.'_ Doesn't sound like a very meteorological or scientific term, does it? They still don't even have a term for it, they just adopted the colloquialism as their designation for the anomaly. Either Alabama is its own SCP server, or they're not giving the full story of what this phenomenon actually is... and what with being somewhat more grounded in reality than your average tinfoil-hatter, _I lean towards the _*_latter of the two._*

Barges are typically split into 6 individual tanks. 1-3 port & 1-3 starboard. I doubt a blimp would use 1 big tank for weight distribution purposes alone. Regardless of the product's intended purposes.
It's been turned over to the University of Alaska because it had no usage for the military. It can listen so it could be considered a long wave telescope or a really good short wave station. What it is is a phased array of long wave antennas that point directly upward. It could actually be used to light up the ionosphere directly above like the northern lights and even scan a raster. Someone thought it would be good for putting advertisements in the sky.
People who expect that it is possible to control the weather in meaningful ways fail to understand a couple things... first, scale. Most major weather events wouldn't care if you exploded a half dozen nukes. The energy involved is just irrelevant compared to the influence of mass air/water movement in the environment. You might notice that water is kinda heavy. And that the ocean is kinda big. When it moves, you don't stop that. But worse than that is the second thing... chaos. Meaning Chaos Theory, which is a Theory like gravity is a Theory. It means it is of the class of the most extremely proven truths contained within science. And it's fairly simple, really. It just means if you knew, say, the position and velocity of every single molecule of water and atom of air, and you knew exactly how those things moved from one microsecond to the next, the fact that the way they move is nonlinear means that ANY degree of error you have in your knowledge of the initial state, even if it's like 0.0000000001%, will increase dramatically with a speed that is impossible to account for it. So even if the thing you're studying is extremely simple and small, like just predicting the behavior of a few atoms, after only a handful of timesteps it doesn't matter how close to correct your initial positions were, the result you get will look nothing at all like reality. Intuitively, you would think if things are insanely close together, they'll end up following the same general path. And you'd be completely wrong. Even things that are essentially identical for all intents and purposes end up acting in totally different ways, and it makes them close to impossible to predict at all. This is why it requires the biggest supercomputers in the world to even get mediocre weather predictions for really large-scale events like hurricanes and tornadoes. And it's a property of the mathematics. It's not just that there's something we don't know. We know that even if we knew EVERYTHING, it still wouldn't help. So even if you had a fusion reactor pumping out trillions of gigawatts of power and you could funnel it directly into the atmosphere with pinpoint accuracy... you could never figure out where to point it to have some effect you want. Predicting what effect it would have beyond a few seconds wouldn't just be hard, it would be mathematically impossible.

AGW theory is the dumbest religion for the stupidest zealots.
Wow... you think water vapor expands and covers the sky in crisscross lines, and you have formal training, too? Yet another reason I left the US military.
@TheHaughtyOsprey what? Mate I think you need to chill out. The clouds aren't out to get you.
@@TheHaughtyOsprey uhhh what exactly do you think clouds are made out of

I was just thinking about this at work two days ago! Your videos are the best!
Dude,.you're content fucking rocks. One of like three out of a few hundred subscriptions that I actually have notifications on for
There’s been a marked improvement in my life since your last few videos dropped. Thank you

You never failed to impress! Love the content, keep it up my dude.
I became friends with the civilian lead researcher of the HAARP facility over a shared enjoyment of ham radio tech. (this is after the sale to the university of alaska). It's pretty neat, but all in all I'd consider it safe to say people are way overstating exactly what HAARP does.

Yes. Yed we sre,
@@chrispc92 wow thank you I love you so much and I don’t even know you for real it’s been rough I’m drunk as fuck and love that you responded
@chrispc92 It's not unnecessary. The pronoun and verb need to agree to form a grammatically correct sentence.
"It am here." No.
"It is here."
"It go fast." No.
"It goes fast."
"We are going." No.
"We ares going."
I understand your confusion given the irregularity of the English 'to be' verb: am, is, was, are, etc...

If we had a hurricane gun, then Russia would be suffering hurricanes right now.
That physically impossible even with weather control where the fuck are they gonna form a hurricane
@Cyle_C North sea
or big land grabs for lithium and quartz sand would... be... going... on ?
I think you’re underestimating how valuable weather control is especially in an international market. Imagine boosting Russian harvest for the next century creating a new dependence on cheap, abundant produce throughout Asia. Giving them a new foothold on their preferred half of earth and they would leverage all famine regions of the world with aid in exchange for men ages 18 and up

You, uhhhh... you just described 'Alabama booms.'
And guess what even Alabama's best meteorologists have yet to debunk...
Yup- _'Alabama booms.'_
Doesn't sound like a very meteorological or scientific term, does it?
They still don't even have a term for it, they just adopted the colloquialism as their designation for the anomaly.
Either Alabama is its own SCP server,
or they're not giving the full story of what this phenomenon actually is...

Barges are typically split into 6 individual tanks. 1-3 port & 1-3 starboard. I doubt a blimp would use 1 big tank for weight distribution purposes alone. Regardless of the product's intended purposes.

I live in Alaska and know people that lived next to this before it shut down. I believe a lot of conspiracies but I think this dog don't hunt.
I appreciate you beyond words
Hell yes. Nice bookshelf, flesh
That’s quite a few assumptions and preconceived notions to unpack.
This vid has vampire vibes
You let it in. That's on you.
