I pretty much have the mud cake every night. I just use protein powder, baking powder, sugar free maple syrup and water. I got it from Travis S, it's called poverty brownie

I definitely need to try the first two. They look very tasty! I have been making the s’mores one on the caramel rice cakes, lily’s salted caramel chips and few marshmallows. I haven’t found the max ones here where I live. But I put them in the oven at 400 for about 1-2 minutes. I did see people doing it in the air fryer for 30 seconds. But I’m too lazy to take out my big ole air fryer haha 😆

They all look delicious!!!!!!!!!!! dude, Last night I FINALLY made the rice Krispy recipe and it was a house favorite. Your gonna shame me but it was with normal marshmallows but that's only because I cant find the sugar free ones to save my life. Oh Sara Lee one looks the best.

Does the lava cake need a blended protein powder? I’ve made it a couple times with whey and it hasn’t turned out great yet. I’m also using flavored Kodiak.
