It's great that I see so much love from American people. I don't claim any connection to Davy, except he lived a mile from me. I can vouch from his mannerisms that he was a very human person. He possessed the same friendly and down-to-earth traits as the people from Openshaw/Gorton in Manchester. That's before saying he was a great, talented and lovable performer.

It's not unusual for someone who spends most of his life touring. Either as an actor or musician he spent 90% of his life away from home. Most marriages wouldn't survive that.

No. But later that year (1995) Davy would cameo in The Brady Bunch Movie and sing the song Girl that he originally sang on that show in 1971
