It's great that I see so much love from American people. I don't claim any connection to Davy, except he lived a mile from me. I can vouch from his mannerisms that he was a very human person. He possessed the same friendly and down-to-earth traits as the people from Openshaw/Gorton in Manchester. That's before saying he was a great, talented and lovable performer.

this whole time thing and how quickly it passes is making my brain short circuit , 1995 was only like 5 years ago but when i check it with a calculator 2023 - 1995 = 28 and thats just not possible , those that know music know that The Monkees was one hard hitting band and far from the joke people made them out to be

It's not unusual for someone who spends most of his life touring. Either as an actor or musician he spent 90% of his life away from home. Most marriages wouldn't survive that.
