I'm so happy I finished. Around the 11 min mark I was going to stop because I normally do 10 min stretches. But something was just nagging me telling me to go back to the damn video and finish. It was 100 percent worth it. Gave me Tension relief and I feel lighter. I should keep this up. Thank you for sharing💓
This is kinda what I need to know as well. I did your 13 min belly dance & some arms toning with weights.I ended with this video, but now my neck is very tight. Maybe should have done first? I do enjoy your teaching’s.

Great stretch, but twice, during a deep pose, loud ads come on that I had to break pose and skip ads. Don’t mind ads at beginning of video, but during video, don’t like that. Anything I can do to stop that or should I just not use this video?

The chin tuck and sited cat-cow were really uncomfortable to do on the knees! Is that really necessary or can I simply sit cross legged?
You can sit cross-legged, or even on a chair! ALWAYS listen to your body and adjust based on your needs.
