You stop playing like a scrub who only spams a few good attacks, yet start losing to scrubs who only spam a few good attacks, because mastering one character's offensive options is a much shorter learning curve than mastering how to defend against 30 characters' attack options.

Even if he’s rusty he still has basic fundamentals and combine that with Steve’s good pressure tools most people in red rank would lose to him so the fact that Lily only lost one game and then went on to win the set is pretty amazing because it shows how far she’s come. Ya’ll are not giving enough credit to both Toast and Lily lol.
