Every single one of those low parries meant that Book was getting hit by a mid and dying. Every single one of those was Book hard committing and asserting his will that Daniel Mado would throw the low. Conversely, what are the chances that Book is going to block and be patient *THREE* times in a row in a high tension scenario where a single wrong movement spelled death. I don't think Daniel was wrong to try and end it, going for the low was a more aggressive way of ending the match rather than going for the war of attrition with a mid, but Book just had him figured out. What a crazy end to the set.
Always close out Tekken rounds with mids. Rule of thumb.
Book also missed the red tape at the end but had the presence of mind to low parry again despite the millisecond of panic he must have had for not finishing the string. Finishing that red tape would definitely have killed

I can see there will be highlight call Read like a Book for sure.
That final sequence was insane. Daniel Mado didn't even do anything wrong there, he only had to hit him once and who knew Book was willing to bet it all and go for the low parry IN THREE STRAIGHT SEQUENCES when he would have essentially died within two hits. The threat of the mid should have been enough not to even try to risk it all but he did anyway. That is such an insane call out to go for let alone do it three times straight to get you the victory.
The funny part about the last part too is that Book I believe went for the hellsweep but it wasn't a clean hit but still had the awareness to just go for low parry AGAIN that could have cost him the match if Mado went with a d/f+1 EVEN ONCE to end it.
Incredible players and sequence to end it on.
Man, those reads on low by DanielMado is beyond human extraordinary.
Can we appreciate the ice in books veins to pull off 3 back to back to back low parries for the comeback.

I mean damage isn't anything of an issue for Lidia it's her weaknesses that you have to overcome as the player. She's very linear with her attacks. But if they buff her damage the community might go mad lol. Cause her damage output on those combos were nasty.
