As someone who came to terms with being LGBT during the 1980s, I thank you for mentioning the moral panic and shaming that blew up around homosexuality at that time. It was very difficult trying to accept something about yourself when you had this horrible disease that people were treating as a natural outgrowth of being homosexual, and acquiring it as a result of moral deficiency. I've known a number of people who have been diagnosed HIV-positive, and what a death sentence it seemed to be, even as recently as 1992. I am so glad that today it is not nearly as scary as it had been then, but I still always ask friends "are you being safe?" when they talk about being sexually active. It is a reflex that I cannot avoid.

Alex Lane Maybe you should actually try being a Sociology major who actually studies gender. Also, gender is based on roles in a society; if a society has three categories of gender roles, for example, the gender can combination or lack of those three roles.

She isn't assaulted. Don't be dramatic. Also, almost all the "bullying" she gets is nothing more than people using her own opinions and arguments to certain topics back at her. She has a LOT of useful information in her videos, but a horrible habit of overlaying them with extremely poorly thought out opinions, and commonly makes assertions that amount to the idea of consensus = fact.

UA-cam (google+) has changed their subscription, suggestions, and feed algorithms numerous times. They just did it again recently with a big change that has had massive changes to the "popular" and "suggested" sections.

...and another note for the future. Trumps choice for head of FDA will heavily scale back in regulation. Pharmaceuticals will no be mandated to go through as much trial as they do now, so that, for instance, people with HIV who often have to switch medications will probably not be prescribed the right doses, etc.
