Colombia wanted it more. They refused to give up their lead and gave it all they had. Lorenzo is easily the best thing to happen to Colombia in recent years; he has really done something that not many coaches can do and I am forever thankful for him being our coach.

I agree. Lorenzo changed this team. Allowing Diaz to play how he has. We already see how a coach impacted Diaz poorly in Rueda. Lorenzo is the best thing to happen to this team since Falcao and Pekerman.

Colombia showed these USMNT "golden generation" how you grind, suffer, show guts, and show heart when down a man. Lorenzo showed what a manager that knows the game and knows what is needed of his team every step of the way can and should do. Colombia is a TEAM. The USMNT are a bunch of entilted and cuddled bunch of overhyped players. We need someone who puts some pressure and demands accountability from these players, they need to feel uncomfortable and feel pressure to perform like they want to win and get better. James gave way for Jerry Mina, a SOLID wall on defense and great on the air. James was tagged with a BS yellow card and Lorenzo wasn't about to make him part of the needed defense risking another card and putting him out of the final on Sunday. Munoz got conned by tipical South American tactic and fell for it, lack of experience. Yes, it was dumb but face it, Colombia would not be ANYWHERE in this tournament without him, awesome decisive player. I feel that Lorenzo played his cards with 10 men on the field against Uruguay.
