Undoubtedly this is the most difficult message of Rupert to grasp. I who come from a scientific background what has help me, is to recognize that for a theorem to be true certain conditions has to happen. For example to say that the Pythagorean theorem is true the, triangle most be right. Similarly to understand that consciousness is the reality of all experience, we need to dismiss all our memories all the concepts we learned in school and base our understanding an answer only and only from what we are experiencing in the present moment and place.

There is something (experience). And there is the discovery that what I essentially am is the reality of this something (experience). That's all we can be certain of.
