I've heard this idea of the "Verb" before. To me, this is about action of Being, and not about the "noun" of selfhood. I prefer to think of life in terms of action ... in terms of becoming ... never fixed as a noun-based understanding might be.

The irony here is that the verb activity of pure knowing, is not an action that takes the body into consideration, and is not really pure insofar as every knowing involves awareness of some thing (even if that thing is nothing but an awareness of awareness).
