First I was in fix mindset, but now Alhamdulillah got a growth mindset.

It seems I ate "shadi wala khana" yesterday....but I'm very much thankful to Allah on having mentor like u Sir.
I fall in growth mindset. Always trying to learn new and gain knowledge, I believe human can do anything except prophet.

Sir, actually the challenge being a female is that no matter if one belongs to growth mindset. Either we have low profile regarding connections with growing people or lack of condifence to take risk, which is why our youth inspite of skillset is unable to grow. But, now after seeing u and ur team efforts i feel like some of its barrier will be removed. And i wish we can grow as leaders with our own success stories. Looking forward to more of ur guidance.
this is also a fear that should be overcome. when you consider yourself that you are a female so you can't do like male can do that is fixing your mind. To over come this fear look at females who running their setup successfully, even some females sell things on foot path, mean they don't fear that on footpath some one can harm them otherwise they can't come out of their home if they have such fear.
