Id get some sort of lockng tabs or somthing to lock those starter bolts cause they will walk out on ya, they use to walk out on my 12valve until i put lockin tabs on. Im not a jd person but nice tractor, we have IH and case ih at the farm
@6030diesel If you put a new battery in it and full choke it plus hold the throttle at below freezing it should fire right up, my buddy's 86 250 always does. If yours doesn't it probably needs a carb cleaning or turn the idle up a hair
@6030diesel hahah tell me about it!! just keep an eye one them though cause idk how well loc tite will work, i loc tited mine and they still came loose
@91CTD told you i figured it was perdy shiney for its age lol. ill try and get some videos in the snow. it wont start below freezing, but starts awesome above. had to give it a sniff of ether this morning to get it to fire, then it was fine.

You got 24 volt you should polarize the generator they get squirrely when messing around with batterys. You may toast the generator and wiring harness
@o7powerwagon ill loc tite them this time around, im not getting stranded somewhere because of 3 stupid bolts lol.
my 02 cummings 3500 starter did the same thing like 3 times
@o7powerwagon ill be sure and use red
@tgredneck i took a video today. i got it running and drove it around so much that i racked up 2 more hours on the meter lol.
@dustyanderson1 if all goes as planned it should be ready for the field by christmas haha.
