Best review of the 10e to date.
Thank you John for for showing us how well the 10e sounds. You've certainly practiced quite a bit to get that good. I'm sold on buying this guitar. Cheers!!!

Killer intro dude. Love it when players merge rhythm and lead

It didn't take long for me to decide on this at Guitar Center. I have high end Guitars but needed something to drag around. Plays so true. Really well set up and rings like a bell. That satin finish and light weight transfers alot of tone to your body making it real fun to play. Build quality for the dollar is impressive (now $699).

I love these reviews where John sits down with a guitar and plays, and not too badly either, rather than a rig run down with some guitar tech from a band you never heard from. Thanks.

Brilliant review, no bollocks; straight to the chase and started with the guitar plugged in ;)
Plus short of the 10 minute mark, respect to you chaps!

I have the very same guitar. For the money I think it's really a great guitar. I've been playing about a year, so not long, but with this guitar learning new things is totally fun, and I have a lot of songs I play well already and getting better everyday. I like to sing and this guitar has a nice mellow sound, not bad to finger, and I can hook it into my amp if I want.. For home use, I almost don't need the amp, it has good sound projection. My next purchase will be a mic and small amp with reverb also to use around the house.

Is the fore arm "shave off" thing as comfortable as everyone claims?

Pete, what strings are you putting on the 10e when changing them

@@TheGreenguy85 I don't really notice it all that much compared to the other guitars I've played. I just think for the money, it has a great sound and feel.

@@TheGreenguy85 I don't notice much difference from other guitars I've played, however this guitar has a nice feel and tone to it especially for the cost new.

I just got one last week, used but totally mint and it sounds and feels good but has about the highest action I have ever played. The guy said it’s original, strings and all, barely ever played and the neck relief looks fine. Saddle top high I assume? Anyone else have one come with high action? Thanks.

One person only likes Fender Coronado hollow body basses - especially the "Wildwood" series.

Accademy 10e or martin GPC-X2E? I Wana have one cutaway guitar for access to frets but has cut away significant effect on sound?

For some reason I'm getting deja vu with this video. Is this a re-post of an older video?

Normally love Taylors but it has a flat sound to it, not much depth and “thump” like they usually do.

Hey John, can't believe you get gas money to do this. If I worked for Taylor, I'd be pissed. Try doing your homework next time. I really can't believe you guys release this crap.

Yeah? Which specific part do you take issue with? I own this guitar and have read all the specs, and I can't figure out what you're complaining about. Maybe you object to calling them "cowboy chords"? LOL
