Dude.. I'd fill that motor with STP.. she's kinda long in the tooth and making all kinds of engine noises. When they're high milers I use STP oil additive. I sometimes get years extra out of engines that would have died long ago because of metal friction. God bless, and keep rockin'.
agree with the Fram comments ugh, basically almost no room against the engine :( boo for transverse engines) makes it a PITA for an upcoming timing belt change

STP is a good filter you can switch to.. cost me like $3 bucks...

you get a filter, a real filter, cut the fram a part and compare it to a good one, very clear why they are crap
I use wix almost exclusively. More folds, better catch rate.
