Brilliant video. Thank you. My heart sank when I got this in the post with no assembly instructions at all. That screw was doing my head in! Then you showed me how to take it out and all was fine. Wish they'd add instructions! Also great info on charging etc

Thank goodness for your videos. My mum received one of these vacs. The instructions did not show anything about the screw that attaches the handle to the main part of the cleaner. Your videos are great. Easy to follow and always mega informative. 👍👏
Hi! I bought this cleaner from you in Rugby last week! Thanks for explaining how to put it together, the instructions didn't show where to put the screw!! When the battery is fully charged is the little light steady?
3:15 I just received my Flexxo and for some reason the screw refuses to screw in tightly. I can get it in, but trying to screw it in more tightly just results in it spinning around. Anyone experience this?
Never mind. At first I was using the cross shaped screwdriver (which was the correctly sized might I add), but since it also supported a flat screwdriver I tried that and got it to screw in tightly.)
Hello kind sir I have a question, I own a bosch vacuum flexxo serie 4, 21.6V BCH3ALL21/03 I have the same filter unit as the vacuum mentioned in the video (i believe), my question regarding the filter cartridge, after you remove the foam filter off the motor protection filter(the red tube you’re holding on the left at 7:50) I know you can rinse the foam filter but can the motor protection filter be rinsed too? Another question about the outer filter unit.. the meshed tube you’re holding at 7:50 on the left beside the motor protection unit, the manual says you should clean the outer filter only with a dry cloth, i accidentally gave it a rinse as i misread the instructions..is everything going to be ok?
I know it may sound silly, but is there a screw to hold the handle in that hasn't been removed yet? Apart from that i can't think what the issue could be?
i’ve somehow removed the extension accessory that can fold out shown at 2:35, and am unable to put it back in without risk of snapping its two holding points. Any advice ?
Unfortunately with cordless vacuums, they can only be used with the battery. When the cord is connected to the vacuum, it is only for charging purposes, not to be used at the same time as vacuuming.
I do enjoy these videos a lot. what I also enjoy, being a guy last time I checked, are manuals. as opposed to my beloved wife. I am just leaving this here.

On these filters, you will be ok if they are washed but you just need to make sure they are completely dry before they are put back into the machine

Thats just there when you first unbox it to stop the switch moving
