I have a Bosch steam generator which was great until I tried to descale it, which it didn’t like at all. I phoned to helpline for advice and they told me to send it back for a free repair or replacement. I told them it was well out of guarantee but the person on the phone said it didn’t matter, repair or replacement. They stood by the customer and underwrote the quality of the machine. I love that, it’s so unusual nowadays. I have a Bosch fridge, kettle and steam generator, they’re all faultless. It’s a great company and will be my go-to brand in the future…
6:26 thank you for this. I've dropped the vacuum 4 times the first day i bought it. The handle was easily detached with the vacuum. I've been wondering how can something expensive has an obvious design flaw. I guess I missed that step in the manual.
Great video. (My screw would have been in the bin if not for your info). I don't trust it to stay upright unaided, it's a bit wobbly. Doing the 5 hour charge and looking forward to giving it a test run tomorrow. Excellent demo, nice concise explanation of all working parts.
Can you also explain if there is a possibility to clean the small wheels? The hair get tangled in the wheels and the wheels don't rotate making it hard to navigate around.
In the end this vacuum is the worst. Is very hard to clean it up and the hair get tangled in the wheels and doesn't have a station so it doesn't fall when you're not using it. After a year it was in the trash. Was a waste of money ....
This is a pretty impressive little cordless machine! Although I’m almost sure it wouldn’t do quite as well on your plush pile shag carpet, what do you think Roger?
Thank you very much for your description. It helped me a lot. Could you please trll me how long it took until that screw was in?. Greetings from Germany
I actually think this unit is well designed with the on-board tools and the versatility of them as well. This would be a machine I would have if I didn’t have access to a Shark Rocket.
I have an identical version of the 25.2V vacuum cleaner and I lost the charger, can someone tell me how many Volts and Amps the original charger has? Because I found 2 contradictory pieces of information on the internet, some say it should have 25.2V and 500mA and others say 27V and 500mA??? Thank you for your answer 😊
It’d be better with a dust bag or better dust separation, especially for the price point of Bosch cordless vacs I know shark are almost as guilty for poor dust separation.. good video as always Roger.
I have never found a cordless vacuum that does as good a job of car cleaning than a mains powered machine with a hose, so I tend not to use cordless machines for car cleaning.
My mum purchased this Bosch Serie 4 in 2020 and the battery stopped charging after about a year or so. To be honest it's just cheap and nasty and not like a true Bosch. And like mum's the motor sounds like it is going to stop at any moment. Really rough sounding. For the price you can get a lot better in my opinion. 👎
thats not a bosch. thats rebranded chinese junk. as a german i must say that its quite sad what happened to 90% of german brands. thank you german government
It’s sold as a Bosch in Germany as it is marketed by Bosch. I will need to check where it was made, but a previous Bosch I tested was made in Germany but this one may be made in China like some Miele vacuums.
Is it junk because it doesn't work, or because you don't like China? As the review showed, it is a good well made product. The location of manufacturing is no longer critical as it is mostly automated with these sorts of products now and China operates at a scale that no other country can (eventually India might be able to compare but not yet).

Thank you for this video, it’s really helpful as I am installing the vacuum right now

Very good demo, thank you so much
Kinda wanted to see that internal filter beneath the sponge at the very end of the demos 😅😁 not a bad cordless 🙂

Did you not see in the video when he takes out the brush and says you can clean it?

So glad I found your video, especially the part about the screw! Was wondering where that fitted 😂

Merci beaucoup bravo 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Do you know if the brush roll will fit to the hand held unit itself? If it can, that could be affective for stair cleaning.
No it doesn’t.
That's like a rebta branded dirt devil!! And its even louder!

Passado um ano a bateria deixou de carregar. O que fazer?
What about car cleaning? Have you tested that so far?
I have never found a cordless vacuum that does as good a job of car cleaning than a mains powered machine with a hose, so I tend not to use cordless machines for car cleaning.
beautiful vacuum. I have a cordless Prettycare. It works great but I'm considering buying another one for my mom😂
I miss your numatic days 😭😭
I uploaded a Numatic video not that long ago to add to the 73 other Numatic videos on my channel. There will be more coming up.

Can you do a toy vacuum video
ua-cam.com/play/PLL8RFLr8EcfQjbxJC7Rqzg0udZrwc_O_G.html
Surly with the brushroll wrapping itself like that ,you are better off manually picking up the majority of hair before vaccing
Niestety jakość obudowy jest beznadziejna
