Wisconsin Nebraska is always a good game
This loss was on Donovan Raiola, the O-line, Rhule and Satterfield. Raiola’s O-line had costly penalties at inexcusable times! For example, a false start on the first play of the fourth quarter coming out of a tv timeout and another false start on the first play of scrimmage after receiving a kickoff in the third quarter. Throw in O-line holding and ineligible downfield (declined) penalties, as well as Wisconsin consistently beating Nebraska’s O-line on pass plays to get pressure on Purdy, and it is easy to see Raiola’s incompetence. Fire Raiola NOW!! Seems like Satterfield just randomly picks plays: power run, spread shotgun, option, zone-read, etc. Don’t understand why Rhule and Satterfieled never call play-action off the power runs. Do they know play-action off power run go together like peanut butter and jelly? Would love to see them settle on an offensive identity, and based on the offensive players available, an under-center, west coast system built around power run, play-action, play-action boot and 3-5-7 step drops is the system that best fits the player personnel. It is concerning Rhule and Satterfield thought Jeff Sims was the best quarterback and Chubba Purdy was third best considering Sims is clearly the third string and Purdy should be the starter.
No this is on Rhule. 40 seconds left and still have all your timeouts left. He allo9ws 30 seconds to drain off the clock and settles for the FG despite the fact his QB had been torching Wisconsin's D the entire game.He coached scared and it cost them the game.
As a Wisconsin fan, I feel for Huskers fans.
I thought that this game was over once it was 14-0. Thought it was gonna be a repeat of last week where Northwestern whooped us. Instead, Nebraska's offense sort of fell flat for the rest of the game.
VAST: Well, the Big 10 West is uneven again, and the Big 10 East essentially still has a rigid "caste" system...
But our conference has contracts for at least 7 bowl games, and the Badgers are eligible this year....But can they beat an SEC team?...

I attended this game, and In all honesty, Wisconsin should have blown this game wide open. The reads by Mordecai were bad and Fickells coaching is bad Mostly because he continues to put Mordecai back in the game. The games Wisconsin has lost have been when Fickell allows Mordecai to throw 40+ times.
Who else are you going to paly at QB. Mordecai was the only reason they were still int he game after going down 14-0 in the first. What other QB on the team would have gotten the comeback win? Tell me you don't knwo football without telling me you don't know football.
@@wiscoape2909Burkett didn't show squat. Evers is nowhere near ready and hasn't taken single snap even in practice with the #1's. They are nowhere near as good as Mordecai right now. Mordecai is the best they have right now.
@@wiscoape2909None of them are freshman. The transfers that step on campus and are immediately successful are Juniors and Seniors. There is a reason they don't see the field and have never taken snaps with the starters. They haven't earned them in practice which means they aren't good enough.
This ain't the same Wisconsin program that's for sure. If this is how next year goes Badger fans will be wishing they still had Paul Chryst.

Wrong. Chryst destroyed the recruiting department and the mess you see now are his players and shows how terrible he was at it.. The game passed Chryst by and nobody will ever wish they still had him.
That was some average looking high school football. LOL
Panthers Fans were right. Rhule just isn’t the coach for Nebraska. Give it 5-6 years and he’ll be fired and Nebraska will go searching again for a new coach.

@@brandonlandanger2197 oh cool we won 1 more game than Frost. Thats such a great accomplishment! Let’s not forget that this staff wanted Sims and drove out Thompson and Smothers. Sims has been the worst QB I’ve ever seen at Nebraska. Lost to Colorado 36-14, Also lost to 2-6 Michigan State while they were on a losing streak and we were up 14-0 against Wisconsin and choked that lead away.
NU gives em 3-4 years. It's like a barber shop................NEXT!
