Imagine the out rage if people had to live like this- We saw the out cry when people had to self Isolate on ships due to COVID, and they had sanitation, room to move -even if it was a cabin, and space to lie down. What if thery were crammed in like sheep and cattle with no room to lie down, no tailet facillities, no access to fresh air! If people refused to eat due to the food- it would be all over the news.... especially if they died!
Shame I come looking for actual unbiased information, to find biased information exclusively….we all know and we knew that live export was bad. If you didn’t know sorry your ignorance and naivety clouded your intuition. It’s a terrible thing export always has been in terms of live animals. Just a shame every video I come across bears emotional hooks and fear mongering, It’s getting worn out on me, when im unable to find just a normal video. I don’t need to be indoctrinated I know already, all the vids on here are 100% animal cruelty involving export/import. I wanna hear policy and protocol from the guys themselves who run these businesses.

if we don't sell it, anyone else will and those places will have even worse animal welfare standards. and once the markets are lost, it will be difficult to get them back...
@@ferrygirl100 frozen meat is inferior in quality - less juicy, tougher and ice crystals form inside it ruining the texture. refrigeration is very expensive and needs high capital investment. if we ban live exports, our customers will find another source for their meat requirements and it will be much, much worse for the animals.
@@jamieamodeo2551 exports are what provides the economies of scale necessary to keep our meat industry economically viable and competitive by driving down costs per unit production. and this also helps keep food costs low for our own population, especially for the working class. this is very much a left wing issue too.

@@jamieamodeo2551 our overseas customers dont want fruits/veggies since they already grow those themselves -. they want meat because it is either more profitable/resourceful for them to import it rather than produce it themselves or they don't have the grazing land required to raise the animals. about animal welfare research, google is your best friend.

In my country almost BILLIONs of dollars comes in exporting live animal
