@@ceu160193 Yeah it's the lack of knowledge we have about dinosaurs in general. I remember when I was a dinosaur fan (don't remember much from then) and it had the Spinosaurus and everything but the art for the velociraptor looked like the one from Jurassic pat which is like a completely different dinosaur. It isn't just the lack of feathers but the size too.
People seem to also think that Dinosaurs were all in the same period. As much as I love Jurassic Park it is funny that despite it being called that a majority of the dinosaurs especially the main ones are from the cretaceous Period

Well that was crazy awesome. And Fitoria mentioned something about a dragon emperor. That sounds important.
As for Fitoria herself her power, wisdom, desire to protect the world if not the people living in it, and apparent general knowledge of "what's really going on"(though she seems reluctant to share all the details for whatever reason) just reminds me of the Dragon Aspects from Warcraft.
The fact that this absolutely amazing, jaw-dropping ost is not in the "Dusk" album infuriates me to no end.

I mean, it works in Shield Hero. The Three other heroes are people who have played games that are similar to the world they’ve been transported to, while Naofumi is the only one who sees this as more than a game.

I honestly believe that Fitoria could complete the MHW Elder Dragon Gauntlet if she went full strength. The only dragon that would give her any trouble would be Kushala Daora.

@@lazysoulhere4324 Kushala Daora. And elder dragon from Monster Hunter. It's body is essentially covered in steel scales making it extremely tough. Swords and Spears just bounce off of it. If that wasn't enough, it can manipulate the wind. Conjuring tempests, wind walls, and cyclones.

If we consider the “relative” strength of Elder Dragons to monsters/Hunters to the Heroes in Shield Hero, I think Fitoria could _probably_ take on Fatalis, although the fire would be a big problem.
Her speed far outpaces any MH monster, and the damage she can deal in that time is enough to oneshot a titanic, heavily-armored monster like the dino here.
Not to mention, she has a lot of magical capability.
One of the Heroes could probably take on Fatalis, as well. They would have little to no problem breaking his head or chest.
That said, Kushala’s only strong point would really only be wind, not his skin. Unfortunately, being a Filolial, wind magic is nothing.

This was my favorite scene in the anime. Of course there were objectively better moments in season 1, but naofumi just started to feel OP only to be shown this world is full of more powerful beings that he didn't know existed. Just like when hunter x hunter revealed the dark continent and the 5 calamities, when magi explored the space beyond the fanalis homeland, and when we entered the grand line. You can't find that kind of adventure and exploration anywhere in this world anymore
We need more chocobo representation in anime
To me, the use of the saxophone has the same qualities of American pop music in the late 70s through the 80s - big and breathy. The scene raised to another level. Love this one.

I just realized something, Filo has a dragon crystal in her as well.. The Filo Queen almost seemed to know who the Raptor was, saying that "Your body reacted badly to the Dragon Emperors Fragment and grew beyond control". What if this is one of the old hero's raptors? That got a crystal like Filo, and had to be locked away because once the hero had to leave, it could no longer be controlled. :O

In all seriousness, for those who don't get Fitoria's logic:
The current Four Heroes should be cooperating against the Waves. Instead, they're fighting each other.
Eventually, the Waves will become so dangerous that without *all four of them* working together, not even Fitoria will be able to protect the world.
So, if the current Heroes are *beyond reconciliation* (which is what Naofumi stubbornly insisted was the case), then she'd rather just summon four new ones. But since that cannot happen while at least one of the current Heroes is still alive, so be it, she'll kill all of them. Better get this over with quickly so that the next Four Heroes might actually get a chance to level up fast enough.
And who knows if she'd stop there.
She would probably make sure no country would summon more then one Hero, as apperantly that wasn't supposed to happen according to LN and manga readers.
Honestly what would killing the heroes solve at this point.
They are only at each other’s throats because corrupt nobles are turning them against each other in an attempt to satisfy their own greed and lust for power.
If you summon new ones you have no guarantee it won’t happen again.

Then, at least no nation would try to summon more then one of the Four Heroes.
I know it's a clumsy plan, but in her eyes, it is better then waiting for the end of the world just because the current Four Heroes refuse to work together, no matter what.
Honestly, Naofumi should've been more careful -and less stubborn- before saying that "absolutely" comment. Fitoria's change of tone was NOT something you should miss.
