Guitar went out of tune on the first track and he never tuned it once. Absolutely the most 07 era klaxons move ever. I saw them live at a tiny venue the same year in London and it was no different lol
When the first single "Atlantis to Interzone" dropped it was out of this world. Their early live gigs were electric. Just the most exciting gigs ever, maybe you needed to be there. Unfortunately, it failed to translate on their overly polished debut album and by the time "Golden Skans" came out, the magick was lost.
Personalmente, siento que su sonido y su forma de tocar fueron gran parte de la esencia de ese disco de 2007. Podés observar que en sus siguientes trabajos tiene menos presencia, más prolijidad, y la banda decayó.
