I'm not sure if it's just my TV or phone but you wearing all black with the black curtain in the background, with the black board in the background I couldn't really see anything. It's almost like when someone wears green on a green screen.
I started to get a little dizzy 😵💫. Any chance you could wear contrast neutral clothing? Like dark greys, blues, reds, etc. ?
I have been using paralletes for my resistance band pushups. I had the same issues with the band pulling my hand up, but with the parallels I have a stronger grasp. Although the resistance bands don't provide any resistance at the bottom, I still can get a deep stretch.
Are you stll using the Renpho bike? Can you do an update on your cardio routine or cardio equipment?
I sold the bike. I recently tried rebuying it, but it was a dud I sent back. I might try again, but that left a sour taste in my mouth.

have you tried the new fabric based resistance bands? theyre better for pushups supposedly
I have not. Might take a look at them, but I think it would require multiple sets of them to get in what I want (like a small and large set)
Here is how I do them... put the bands on a bar and on your back like a chest press (with a band sleeve on is best)... have a plate vertical (long ways) in front of you... get on your knees ... then you can do them no problem off the plate holding the bar and your wrists will be supported.. I like doing banded incline pushups
