if im gonna be honest, the only time you actually zoned with frieza was that one time with EX death slash frame-trap. this zeno-oh player just doesn't like blocking and was mashing an option at all times, if they had any defense training you likely would've lost. on top of that, your staggers were nowhere near quick enough and you were lucky they decided to predict a DR when 5L wouldve beaten you like 5 seperate times. try staggering with 2M and 2L as your main buttons, it stops them from jumping and discourages reflecting since you have to stand to reflect. other than that, i would say use ball less, since frieza's zoning only really works on grounded opponents you have to use eye beams, especially since you can cancel it into 2H. and for your oki, use discs pretty much all the time, especially off of a lvl 3. you have no idea how often discs and just blocking catches ppl out.
I would say yes, you can use brolys b assist to cover you while you use your uppercut. you can use janembas A assist and grab at the same time, and since the delayed start up of janembas assist the grab will hit before the assist comes out, making look like you were going for more pressure instead of a grab. You can use brolys B assist to catch them jumping and then run up and hit 2m or 5h to frame trap people jumping after they get hit by Broly B Janemba A assist into coolers uppercut is really good and catches super dash ALOT Cooler A assist is my favorite and go to assist, but paired with certain characters I like to use coolers B assist, I play janemba and freeza with cooler and both these characters get a lot of mileage off of coolers B assist, doing ki blasts covered by coolers B assist makes it really hard for people to punish or supderdash your ki blast moves. It’s also good super dash bait, Try it with janemba, do things like run up ki blast into cooler B it’s really nice. My main team has cooler and janemba so you will see how good they can work together in a few upcoming videos

Great question! Make sure you use the EX on the 2nd part of the DP and it should connect for you, no stupid questions here brother!
