Can you Make a detailed analysis about SGI. They own a dying phone brand, but nagulat ako, they own personally and thru a subsidiary a massive land holdings, yung isa, million square meters pa.... I want to know your take about their stock

Sir mas ok po ba na magfocus nlang sa reit kesa sa normal stocks since by law quarterly sila ngbbgay ng dividends but i consider pa dn po ung mga stocks n snabi nyo like crown gsm aun po. Im a dividend investor po kasi so gusto ko sana plagi may ineexpect ako salamat po
It would depend ano objective mo sa investing. REITs are solid in my own opinion, if dividends habol mo. Wala nga lang syang crazy upside sa capital gains. Magkakaron ka pa din capital gains pero mabagal galawan. I am more into growth using dividends as a security against value traps.
