Inumpisahan kuna sir nag invest ako ng lupa kahit tag 100 square meter lang nakabili na ako ng dalawang lote kaso province kasi ung isa nabili ko at ung isa midyo malapit sa panglingke plano ko magpa gawa ako ng boring house kaso balang araw God well. For now nagpagawa muna ako ng munting bahay ko para meron kami matiran at hindi magrent sayang kasi monthly 3k. Ang ginawa ko po nagpagawa ako ng maliit na rom muna tapos don tumira at. Ung 3k n asadapat ibayad ko sa rent dinag dagan ko para maka bili ng mga material sa kabuohan ng bahay sana soon matapos na fin midyo malayo pa pero pero pursigi lang talaga para hindi habag buhay mag rent sayang din kasi mga ilang taon natin mag rent makagawa na tayo sariling bahay. Ofw sa Kuwait po. Thanks po sa mga sharing vedios mo Sir iwas gasto na ako una muna needs bago wants.❤️👌

Hundred percent I agree with u my daughter bought her first purchase - Land in Bataan last 2020 before the covid kick in 180 square meter for amount of 2m now the amount of the land she own almost double 4.5million.
She’s delighted time flies she already paid almost 1mil with that property.
Always listen to u for many years that’s why I guide my two girls to do the right thing while there young cuz I don’t want them to end up like myself turns on my golden years almost never own or investment but I know it’s not too late to save for my retirement if I start now that’s why always listening to u and u help us a lot to do the right thing in general in our lives

May lote akong nabili last 2018,maliit lang 215 sq meters triangle shape pa sa halagang 100k pero ako lang nagayos ng papel.tabing kalsada sya corner lot,hindi pa develop yung lugar konti pa lang mga bahay at halos puro puno pa sa paligid,pero pag mavivisualize mo yung very developed nang lugar maganda sya talaga. Minsan naiisip ko nang ibenta na lang kasi di ko naaasikaso,gusto ko sana patayuan ng paupahan kaso wala pa akong budget,saka may bahay din ako dto sa capital town ng probinsya namin at yung tatlong anak ko dto nagaaral.yung nabili ko nasa kabilang town.Pero pag naiisip ko yung magiging value nya in 20-30 years nagbabago isip ko.

Lupa lang with out house is the best investment. Bumuli ako ng worth of 500k in instalment bases for 4 months then after 4yrs I sold it for 950k dahil need ko ang pera kaya ko ibininta.

though regarding the lupa is true, not all places command a good price. especially in the provinces. some provinces have a really slow pace on development making pricing also dragging.
